There is the idea that they (and Jorge Vergara) are sitting on their franchise waiting for the franchise fee to reach a certain price so they can cash out. Personally I question how much money per year Kraft is really losing on the Revs. I think he’s content to run a low-budget operation, let the other owners bring in big names, and make money off “Beckham” (or should we change that to “Keane” now?) games and high-priced friendlies.
Is he really losing money on the Revs in the grand financial scheme? I wouldn't be surprised if he wasn't.
