According to Portuguese media - As expected, terms have reportedly been agreed upon and all that is needed is the public announcement.

Less the half what JJ was getting. Now we can get a better idea of how much of the success in the last 6 years was because if JJ.

I have been pleasantly happy with how he has handled both our experienced and young players. Has done a very solid job. Maybe the best coach we have had and quite some time.

He has been IMENSE no Jonas for most of the season and the good results keep on coming. If you think of all the hype JJ, how hard NES is finding it at FCP and that many Benfiquistas were expecting the worst. Vitória has just been quietly doing his job and maybe even reinforcing Benfica's superiority in Portugal. Vitória is slowly displacing the memory of JJ, if we win the league this year it will be the first time we have won 4 in a row although we have won 3 in a row many times. If we win this year it would be 2 to JJ and 2 to RV. Winning a European title is what is missing and it would 'realistically' have to be Europa but if he did I think he would be above JJ as long as in Portugal we keep winning, not every year but lets say 3 of the next of 4. It would also be interesting how RV would do overseas.
