Former Leverkusen player, Stefan Kiessling advises Havertz that it would be too early to move to a club like Bayern Munich. He needs at least another season before making such a move and should take his time. https://www.sportbuzzer.de/artikel/...el-stefan-kiessling-warnung-bayer-leverkusen/
Simon Rolfes feels confident that Havertz will be part of the team at Leverkusen next season http://www.kicker.de/news/fussball/...vertz_wir-als-verein-sind-sehr-entspannt.html

Nice goal from Havertz to score his 12th of the season to make it 2-1 vs RB Leipzig. https://streamja.com/PnMQ
11 - @kaihavertz29 (@bayer04_en) is the only player born in 1999 or earlier in Europe’s Top 5 leagues to score 11 goals in this season. Highflyer. #B04RBL pic.twitter.com/FyzMBhqkLg— OptaFranz (@OptaFranz) April 6, 2019 cool. 12 – @kaihavertz29 (@bayer04_en) – 19 years, 299 days – is the third youngest player overall and the youngest player since Ditmar Jakobs (RW Oberhausen) in 1973 to score 12 goals in a season in the #Bundesliga. Historic. #B04RBL pic.twitter.com/owvkv9aw4v— OptaFranz (@OptaFranz) April 6, 2019
He needs to take more leadership responsibilities on the pitch when Leverkusen is down...he is only 19 and hope he will improve that aspect of his game going forward
100 - At the age of 19 years and 306 days, Kai #Havertz makes his 100th appearance for @bayer04_en in all competitions. Prodigy. #VFBB04 pic.twitter.com/GxakJgEIVc— OptaFranz (@OptaFranz) April 13, 2019
Havertz scores his 13th of the season. Seems like the 19 year old is 1st choice PK taker. https://streamja.com/WMzr
20 - Only Horst Köppel (19y 241d) was younger than Kai #Havertz (19y 306d) when scoring his 20th goal in the #Bundesliga. Wunderkind. #VFBB04 pic.twitter.com/7oRj3JFyDG— OptaFranz (@OptaFranz) April 13, 2019
Havertz scores his 14th goal of the season to make it 2-1 vs Augsburg. https://streamja.com/BlXP lol at that goal.
They said it was an intentional shot Sublime finish Said it many times he should be used as the front 3 in an interchanging system. Using as an 8 or even as a 10 is a waste of his attacking talent. He should have more time in the final third rather than helping out defensively
15 - In Europe's top 5 leagues, no other player born in 1999 or later scored as many goals as @kaihavertz29 (15) this season. Youngstar. #B04SGE pic.twitter.com/LDVgF9rc3q— OptaFranz (@OptaFranz) May 5, 2019 1125097140366213120 is not a valid tweet id
Kai Havertz: Europe's best young midfielder? https://www.bundesliga.com/en/bunde...oung-midfielder-bayer-leverkusen-germany-4167
I'd think that Jadon Sancho is better - 2348 minutes played, 11 goasl, 14 assists, rating of 7.53 compared to Kai Havertz - 2721 minutes, 15 goals, 3 assists, 7.44 rating (per whoscored.com)
True, but they are both playing in an attacking MF role. I don't think Havertz is best playing at CM or DM.
Yep, i've seen him play in those roles as well. The point I was trying to make, as an attacking player, Jadon Sancho is better although I think he is more of a winger than Havertz. Havertz to me at least seems to be best as an AM/SS.
Havertz with his 16th goal of the season to make it 1-0 vs Schalke (fluke goal). https://streamja.com/BoWn
8 - @kaihavertz29 (@bayer04_en) has scored the 1-0 for the 8th time this season - the highest tally in the #Bundesliga. Opener. #B04S04 pic.twitter.com/NfpQiriv68— OptaFranz (@OptaFranz) May 11, 2019 Havertz is only 1 goal away from reaching 20 goals in all competition. Currently Havertz averages 1 goal/assist every 2 games career in the 1BL for his 3 seasons combined. And that's for a player who's played 3 pro season with the 1st season being a relegation battle and the current one where Bayer spend a good chunk of the season towards the bottom of the table.
Brazzo on Kai Havertz: "A top talent, a top player already. He already scored 16 goals in the Bundesliga this season at just 19. We have respect for Rudi Völler and Bayer Leverkusen. If we have interest in the player, we'll talk to them" pic.twitter.com/8gadV9YNuB— Bayern & Germany (@iMiaSanMia) May 11, 2019
Havertz is always compared to Ballack. Career wise, Ballack's best season ever in a top division (league only) was 17 goals while playing for Bayer Leverkusen while also being older than Havertz currently is. 1 game to go, will Havertz tie that or surpass that?
Record pre today's match. Leverkusen’s top scorer Kai Havertz (19 years, 328 days) is the youngest player in Bundesliga history to reach 15 goals in a season. Only Horst Köppel (19 years, 269 days) was younger when scoring his 22nd BL goal.
