Jesus Christ, do you take everything so literal? Not winning anything this season is considered downhill for them, even a 2nd place finish would be terrible considering they would probably lose to Barca. I don't see that team winning a damn thing this season

I invite you to take a gander in the RM forum and see what their own fans are saying about their team. The last time RM have gone 4 games without scoring was 1985. Let that sink in

Yet they are still tied for first. They've only played 8 games and they have 8 months to go. Just like I wouldn't count out Juventus, I'd never count RM out of anything.....

lol with Ronaldo they failed in La Liga for 7/9 years and only won CL with ref help. As long as ref is there they will be good.
Tho I dont think they'll win it this year.

I'm counting them out, you can write that down and we'll talk at the end of the end of the season

I wish Real and Barca both implode and get relegated but I’ll believe that when I see it.

There's a good chance they would be in the relegation zone already this season if not for the player(s) we basically paid them to take this summer.

I am still so pissed off about that deal, our current run of form does little to take the sting out of that particularly abject humiliation.

Indeed, and I would not be unhappy in the slightest if Carnevali took over as SD from Paratici.

Milan lose to Betis, Napoli draws, Inter loses.

Italy drops behind England again in the co-efficients.

Looks like Marotta has agreed to a deal with Inter and will join them in January.

I hope he works out as well for them as Lippi did.

I don't think we can have any complaints about what Marotta elects to do given the way we discarded him.

Well at least Napoli and Inter have excuses. Drawing PSG away is a good result for Napoli, considering the teams on paper and how strong favorites PSG were to win that game.

Inter lost to Barcelona at the Camp Nou. Barcelona is arguably 1/2 of the top teams in the world right now, and are extremely tough to beat at home. Inter were not expected to take anything from that game even without Messi.

    Exactly.

Although I also agree with Dante, in the sense that if he does go to merda, that it works out as well as it did with Lippi, that way he can return an even greater hero than before. ;):p

LMAO there are merdisti who are so prideful that they don't want Marotta and think he's overrated.

They've been nothing but mediocre or far worse for nearly a decade and they have the temerity to accuse others of being overrated.
