This is for the 16/17 season as well as all of this seasons games up to this weekend. But please remember, Juve gets all the penalties.
Andrea Agnelli has had his one-year ban lifted but: He'll have to pay a €100,000 fine The Curva Sud stand will be closed off for the first Serie A home game of 2018 Juventus have had their fine doubled from €300,000 to €600,000
If Agnelli takes the presidency he would make it a serious league within 3-5 years. In the mean time if Lotito wants anything he can bring SMS to the table to talk.
Its been a long time since I've watched anything on HBO but if you get a chance watch the documentary Agnelli. The man knew how to live life.
At the expense of his children. They painted the Agnelli family in to much of a shining light. They are snakes the whole lot of them.
Christ, get over it. You think the De Laurentiis’s are saints? They may not be the Agnellis, but then the De Laurentiis’s haven’t dominated the Italian economy for over a century, either. Did you think they got to where they are by asking nicely? That is true to varying degrees of all extraordinaryly sucessful people, and especially true of sucessful families. So if the Agnellis are snakes, then Italy has benefitted and gained from those “snakes” as much as those “snakes” have benefitted and gained from Italy. To the winner goes the spoils. Fair? Nope. But neither is life.
Have I ever claimed that family to be good or honest ? No.... None of these people are saints but you have these documentaries that try sugar coating things.
Italy has always been a country that was governed by foreign powers has it not? Post WW2 Italy certainly was a very rough place.
The Young Pope on HBO was fantastic... very unique show. It is a fictional story about the first American becoming head pope. He is a very conservative and dedicated pope with the flair of a cigarette smoking Jude Law. The guy who runs the scene in the Vatican is a die hard Napoli fan and dresses in a full kit to watch the games at home while he sends covert messages out on his iphone that has a photo of Gonzalo on the case. Sadly they are not continuing it which deprives us of seeing him in distress over Gonzalo leaving.... he often brings gonzalo up as the GOAT and Jude law criticizes him for his soccer fever.
It didn’t indulge in the vile hatred with which some hold the Agnellis (especially if they also happen to hate Juventus as well) and rather than portray L’Avvocato as simply an evil pantomime caricature, he was portrayed as fully complex human being. Hence, it was sugar-coated.
What did he do that was so bad or frowned upon? So far he didnt run from war and actually got stuck in during the war and he started Fiat.... pretty good so far. The only red flag I have seen is kissinger has rubbed elbows with him and Hitchens gave me a negative opinion of Henry. Please be objective in answering, we dont have to act like people on facebook act.
Preceding, and then during, the Second World War, FIAT colluded with the Fascists and then the Nazis (along with most prominent European companies at the time) until the Allied victory became inevitable and were famously (and violently, if necessary) anti-union after it. Edit: Plus, Gianni Agnelli had the kind of wealth, success, and cultural influence that just about everybody besides himself is likely to resent.
