It's being reported that the Juventus Stadium has found a sponsor: German insurance company Allianz. The stadium's name change is expected to happen next season.

I liked the J Stadium. Hopefully that is incorporated into the name.

We're not getting anything extra, remember back in 2008 Juve signed the deal with Sportfive for 12 years.

Are we not suppose to get a cut of what they get when they lease it out?

Nope, we've been getting paid for 9 years already without a sponsor name.

Juve could announce the new stadium name as "Allianz Stadium" on June 5th.

We got 75 million years ago and it was licensed out to a company who also would sell suite space as well. They had the naming rights, which until now they have not been able to sell. I thought we would get an extra cut once they found someone but that does not look to be the case.

I dont understand why the club went to a third party for this wouldnt they of made more money out of the deal selling rights directly to other companies ? Unless back then that was the best option.

This was done before the stadium was built and the funds used to finance the stadium.

You'd be surprised how many sports teams use 3rd parties for deals, lots that we never hear about. Besides the €75 million Juve got up front, they'll be getting annual payments, but nothing outstanding, maybe a few million a year.

The Azzurrini are up 1:0 against England in the U20 WC semifinal with a 3rd minute goal from Orsolini. Assist from Favilli who was on loan last season and apparently on our radar. In fact, this team has Juve footprints all over it. Mandragora is captain, Romagna at center back, Vitale in midfield and on the bench Cassata.

We need to give Orsolini a shot off his performances in this tourney.

We really should, but i doubt it because his success is only been displayed in this cup and Serie B.. big gap in play, but I would love to see him training with first team all year long. The kid has a motor, he is hungry, and he is technical.

A loan out is probaly the most realistic thing... I think he may still be on loan to the Serie B team for another year.
