There was little opening for him either with Daley Blind and Tagliafico front runners. Blind might retire at Ajax, Tagliafico might leave ajax in summer but then again sinkgraven too is in the picture and who knows they might again go looking for somebody in south American market like Magallan.

Van der weil was not bad either at PSG though he was a average defender. Thomas Meuiner was also a low profile signing by PSG, but he was regular at Brugge before that though.

Both Kurzawa and Brenat are injury prone players and this is where I see Bakker getting the opportunity to express himself if he fancies his chances. He is still 18 and even a loan could enhance his development. You look at giovani Lo Celso. He is such a talented midfielder but was loaned out to real Betis. Definitely he will return to pSg in future and could become a household name for both club and country

^^From what I saw of Bakker, he was marginally better than Mitchell Dijks. We'll see how he develops in France.

Ok the transfer collapsed. What happens now. Does he still has a contract with Ajax or he becomes a free agent.

I believe he is under contract until June. His agent is Raiola whose clients usually leave Ajax early. I'm still not convinced by him and he appears not to be much better than Mitchell Dijks but we will see.

AC Milan finally look like are waking up from a long catnap. Things are fnally falling in the right place for them as they look set to rediscover their lost fame.Piatek and paqueta have been a dream signing for them and have become a instant hit. The team seems to be free flowing now CL within their grasp.

The Real Madrid supporters on Big Soccer are really ripping into their team today after they lost at home to Girona 1-2. I was tempted to post a big :):):) on the thread but thought better of it!!!

Really nice story developing in Turkey, you guyz. Istanbul's Basaksehir are sitting in first place and if they win the title it will be their first ever.

They play in orange which has apparently given them super human powers

Big debut for moise kean at juventus scoring two goal. Upgrade of balotelli I would say. If im not wrong then there was some talks on possible loan deal for him from Ajax or was it juventus who tried to offer him in make weight deal for de igt.

At international level this would be a big plus for italy

Hub stevens is back at schalke taking over from Domenico Tedesco. this has been one of their worst season falling to relegation battle.they urgently need reinforcements and hoefully stevens will bring in some dutchies

  16. FC Groningen supporters fire flares into the family stand at Heerenveen.
I'm getting fed up with these cvnts. For me the possesion of a flare itself in a stadium is equal to having shot it into the crowd, so must be punished the threat of prison time, a life long stadium ban and a hefty fine.
It's time to eradicate this scum by hitting them hard financially and socially.

Maxim Gullit made his debut with Young AZ.

Atalanta climb to fourth in serie A and has been the inform team of this season. CL would be a plus for the dutch contingent there especially with ECs on the horizon.

Especially Y Ajax is remarkable as they have Per Schuurs in it and Dest, who Yank Abroad watchers hail as one of the best players with a shot at the national team.

Ferdy Druijf (on loan from AZ) is the 2nd division top scorer with 29 goals. AZ could be really exciting, attacking-wise... loaded with young talents like Myron Boadu (prior to his injury), Calvin Stengs (if he sticks around, big IF), Idrissi.

  22. Calvin just extended his contract until 30-06-2023!!
