Ay, Neymar facing big trouble. There would be a case in which he was going to be charged with a 10 million fine and two years in prison for tax fraud. In Spain you donot go to prison with sentences less than 2 years. However now the case has been studied and now the conclusion is that it's a much more complicated and far more serious case than thought before and the case has been submitted to a court with 3 judges, which means he can get a prison sentence of up to six years. That's gonna hurt PSG when anything comes over the two years sentence.
A European Super league for clubs might be coming. And of course Ajax and PSV will likely not be part of it: https://www.ad.nl/buitenlands-voetbal/super-league-moet-in-2021-van-start-gaan~aab0f6ab/ Will Uefa allow it though?? It sounds like the clubs want it more then Uefa does
This nonsense has been going on for years now and is one of the reasons UEFA changed the CL format to favor the major Euro Leagues. I think the country FAs will really be against this as it would dilute the competition if such a league is formed. EPL income would plummet if the five English teams defected to a super league. You can put the chances of this happening right up there with Santa Clause giving you a one kilo gold bar for Christmas.
https://www.ad.nl/home/streaker-legt-duel-rijnsburgse-boys-afc-stil~ad8ec15e/ The home boys were so distracted they lost the match by 2-6
Apparently Marcel Keizer recently took over as manager at Sporting in Portugal. They are currently third in the Portuguese league and IIRC had a lot of turmoil last summer
LOL....so now the Real Madrid fanboys want to sign Virgil, deLigt and Frenkie because their team is playing like shit. They are only 4 points out of first, and yet they want to offload the entire team Read my post where the fun starts: https://www.bigsoccer.com/threads/ei...1-2018-13-00-cet.2090221/page-7#post-37296536 Luckily Sneijder and Robben have advised any Dutch newcomers against going to Madrid. It can be a career killer. Go to Barca instead
I wonder how many players from the Madrid academy are on their team these days. A lot of their key players were those they purchased from other teams.
Just finished watch but I am waiting on the really big one - Copa Liberatores final between River Plate and Boca Juniors. First time they have faced off in the finals of this competition!!! I just looked at the Madrid starting lineup against Eibar and exactly ZERO players were developed by the club. All were purchased. LOL*100
Wow, Boca Juniors bus was attacked by River Plate supporters and several players were injured or harmed by the tear gas that the police used to disperse the crowd. The match was delayed for two hours until finally being postponed. I think they hope to play it tomorrow.
I may follow your path shortly after my last comment!!! I'm not going to post over there any longer. The only thing on Big Soccer worse than Madrid supporters are ManU fanboys. I remember when Ajax lost to ManU in the Europa League final I posted about the negative football and they ran me out of town. You cannot win against those people. Best revenge would be for Ajax to win the Champions League this season as remote as that might be!!
I hear you my American friend!!! Whats funny is they now suddenly wanna replace parts of their team with our Dutchies (Virgil, Frenkie and deLigt). And maybe dVrij after that. No way are we gonna allow that!!!
Hey Real Madrid, start building your team up from the ground and STOP buying your trophies, you filthy f__cks!!!!
Yesterday I posted that exactly ZERO of their game day lineup were academy developed. Then they tried to claim that a 18 or 19 year old that came in and played a couple of Madrid B games was "home grown player." Too funny for words. I'm sure that the team will go out and spend lots of €s to retool as they have a lot of older players to replace. Of course they have a lot of money from the sale of Ronaldo to Juve to play with.
I got a warning from the RM moderator that I didnot get what was wrong. It was my tone in my post. I told him Ididnot see anything wrong with it so to be safe I told him I'm not going to post in there anymore. I was the one that kept them informed about Odegaard in the Eredivisie. Now they havenot a clue how he's doing. By the way, the last few games he's extraordinary strong performing.
