Really great to see him and Benzema step up in these important games. They've shown a lot of chracter.

He's been immense right from Madrid derby in the league and all the tough games following that. Starting to think his poor form early season was down to surgery and mental block due to not being 100%.

It's a sin to let him go. I take his pinky over DDG on any given day

I think he is officially back. We don't need to go for any GK.

Yea, looks like he has regained full athleticism after injury now and playing with confidence.

It's not just his play on the field... you can tell the guy is a big presence in the dressing room as well and brings a certain passion to the game. He'd be very tough to replace in my view.

He was spectacular. That save off of the corner and the one on the free kick where he got injured were vintage Keylor. Say No to De Gea!

MOTM without a doubt. He stepped up when we needed him the most.

Lots of courage to come through his tough situation.

Not the first time he's done it either. The way he fought adversity while hes been here has been inspiring.

He wasn't great for a big part of the season. We dropped points because some of his performances, and anyone who denies this or loses sight of it is delusional. It's most likely due to a combination of his injury, then losing confidence in himself when he couldn't do some of the things he used to be able to do. That said, he has returned to form in a big way for a couple of months now. I see no reason why we shouldn't keep him on next season, although I feel that this opinion would be far different had we not won La Liga.

The only reason we should be changing our starting GK is if there is a clear upgrade, and in my mind there is only one GK that presents that: Courtois. Donnarumma seems to be a pipe dream considering our relationship with his agent. And Courtois himself seems unattainable. Spending money on De Gea is ludicrous. He's not a world class keeper, and he's mentally fragile.

I was really harsh on Zidane for his decision to stick with Navas, but credit to him for sticking to his gut there and his faith has been fully repaid.

Keep Navas for one more season, then go all out for Donnarumma or Ederson. I will be saddened if we sell him because he can be a great addition as 2nd keeper.

Keep Navas and scour the world for the next phenom and sign him up. We can afford to carry a young 17-18-19 year old kid while we have him.

100% this. There's nothing inconsistent about saying "For most of the season, Keylor was bad and cost us points and did not play well enough to justify being Madrid's #1 for next season -- but then he turned it around."

And like @Shay Z is saying -- in addition to a clear upgrade (Neuer, Courtois -- lol not happening), I think a young talent is worth looking into, but no one else.

Not much of a hurry as far as I'm concerned... Navas is only 30 -- he's probably got at least another couple of years of his prime left.

I still remember how low of a bottom he hit at one point. Fumbling balls, silly goals, whistled by the fans while Ramos applauding him trying to encourage him. Delighted he's back to his best, must be a huge relief for him.

He had a huge wobble, but he has proved himself when it matters the most.
