#ThankYouOllie Well, I hate to be the first to bring it up here on Big Soccer, and especially on this forum, but as you already know that on the very day we signed Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, we sadly say goodbue to prominent striker Olivier Giroud, we will miss you, and thank you for THAT GOAL you scored against Palace last season!!! You know, THIS!!!! https://www.arsenal.com/news/goodbye-and-thanks-olivier-giroud
Well, there goes my 2015-16 hit single "Arsenal" right down the toilet, another two of the players mentioned in the lyrics have gone away in the past month (the other being Alexis), to go along with Lukas Podolski, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Tomas Rosicky, and Theo Walcott. Now I know I won't be winning a Grammy for best Arsenal Song Of The Decade, shit all the players I mentioned in the second verse are gone, except for Aaron Ramsey, Mesut Ozil and (if he ever gets well again) Santi Cazorla. SHIT!
From "Arsenal" as written and performed by AK47 from his 2016 EP CD "The Demos EP - 4 My Homies" 2nd Verse: "So like Danny Graft said: “Don’t doubt the benefit!!!” The world’s throwing stones…. We’ve got The Emirates!!! 60,000 strong every match we play Nothing less than 3 points would ever make my day And with guns like Olivier Giroud Alexis Sanchez, you know the future looks good Don’t forget Mesut Özil and Podolski too With The Ox and Rosicky comin’ after you Aaron Ramsey… is ready off the bench And Santi Cazorla is diggin’ up a trench And have no fear ‘cuz Theo Walcott’s in da house He’ll make a keeper look scared like a dumb ass mouse We’re the reason why it’s called “The Beautiful Game” but every once in a while it gets a little insane over 30 million Gooners could not be wrong So now The Gunner Nation knows it’s why I wrote this song......." SHIT, How do you fill in THOSE blank spots???? #ThankYouOllie
Good thing I only got as far as a demo version, but, here's one that never, ever gets obsolete, and especially this Saturday morning at 7:30 am ET/4:30 am PT on CNBC (Premier League LIVE prematch begins at 6:30 am ET/3:30 am PT): "Tottenham Hotspur You'll Always be Shit!" - LIVE Mentally disabled musician Ray Jackson (also known as The Heavy Metal Warrior) performs as his rap alter-ego "AK47.” Filmed on Saturday August 19th, 2017 at The Vera Project at Seattle Center in Seattle, WA.
