Went to the same high school as Wondo!

Avaya Stadium should be renamed the Owski Epicenter. :)

If he is to succeed at the MLS level, he will need to up that mustache game significantly

Congratulations to him. It should be an interesting preseason for the order of the goalkeepers 1-2-3.

Tarbell needs the bench and JT needs to start, we need something to be excited about this year.

Maybe let JT get a half dozen more games under his belt with Reno, but after that there's no reason to not start him barring some 180 degree turnaround from Tarbell.

Throw him into the deep end early, most of the best young goalkeepers in the league were playing meaningful games at a young age (Bill Hamid, Sean Johnson, Andre Blake, Zac Steffen, Alex Bono)... if you're good enough you're old enough.

I've been pretty unimpressed with Tarbell. He's getting better, but I'm not excited yet. (To be fair, I want GK's to remind me a 2001 Joe Cannon, so pretty high bar.)

    Go Quakes!!

Cannon and Buschy were both outstanding keepers for us.

    And Pat ONstad too.

We've had a lot of great 'keepers, so it's easy to be disappointed in Bings or Tarbell. JT won't get a lot of honeymoon time with the fans either.

    Go Quakes!!

With sponsors and the fact that he is starting, Tarbell in the long run probably makes more. I believe starters make bonus money.
