It's a similar feeling to when the Giants won their first World Series championship in SF five years ago, not to mention when the Earthquakes and 49ers won their first championships (in 2001 and 1981, respectively). That still leaves the Sharks to win the Stanley Cup (or even to simply reach the Stanley Cup finals, for that matter). -G
So awesome to be a Bay Area sports fan. I've now witnessed all of my teams win a Championship except the Sharks. I really really want them to win. Iggy was huge. I do wonder how Warriors would have done against healthy Cavs. CHAMPIONS!
