The one game I've watch in its entirety is the Japan vs Ivory Coast game. A little disappointed by Japan's poor showing. I was expecting a much stronger Japanese team but from the look of it this team is a couple of notches lower than the Japan NT from a few years ago. Or maybe it was just the rain. What happened to Spain was a shocker. Hengda might want to relocate its soccer school to the Netherlands now.
The Spain game was a shocker(the scoreline, not the Netherlands winning) and the Costa Rica game was a shocker. Everything else has sort of played out as expected, with a slight surprise here and there depending on how you rate the squads. It's not looking good for Asia at the moment either as Australia, Japan and Iran have a total of one point, with Korea set to play an extremely tough Russian side tomorrow.
