With the current squad, I would play: ------------------CHW------------------ KMH-----KMJ-------KYG------PJH -------------------KSY------------------ ------------HIB----------LJS---------- HHC------------HEJ-----------SHM Normally, SHJ would be my 1st pick, but I opted for HEJ over him based on current form.
There was a scrim today. Hopefully, the teams were mixed in an arbitrary manner. Cause dont wanna see JHS in the starting line up vs Uruguay. Lee Jae Sung missed the last practice, so he will likely sit out Uruguay match, but still could play in the Panama match
S. Korea appoints German youth football expert as technical director SEOUL, Oct. 12 (Yonhap) -- South Korea's football governing body said Friday that it has appointed a German trainer as technical director of youth football. The Korea Football Association (KFA) said its board members approved hiring Michael Muller as chief of its technical development committee, the first time a foreigner has been named head of a KFA committee. The position had been vacant since July after Lee Lim-saeng resigned from the post during the 2018 FIFA World Cup. Muller worked as an instructor at the German Football Association for 10 years and was a scout for the German under-21 national team that triumphed at the 2017 UEFA European U-21 Championship. He was named chief instructor for KFA's coach training and head manager of the youth policy in April. The KFA said Muller's new job is to manage operation of the national youth teams, both men and women. He will also be responsible for youth and instructor trainings. Meanwhile, the KFA said it also confirmed the bonus for the national team members who competed at the Asian Games this summer. The men's under-23 team players who took gold medal at the 18th Asian Games in Indonesia will receive 15 million won (US$13,220) each for their achievements, while female players, who won bronze, will each get 5 million won. Coaching staffs will get bonuses based on their contracts. http://english.yonhapnews.co.kr/culturesports/2018/10/12/0702000000AEN20181012010100315.html http://www.kfa.or.kr/layer_popup/po...il&idx=20825&div_code=news&check_url=bGF5ZXI=
sorry but lee youngpyo, his religious agenda/teaching, and his obsession for soccer system in north america can stay away from my kfa thanks
Lee Jae-sung will be flying back to Germany due to his knee injury, although it's nothing serious, there is still pain lingering in his knee, thus the coaching staff have decided to release him to prevent further aggravation to the injury leading into a serious one. Also, there will be no replacement for Lee Jae-sung, the team will continue with 24 players.
Don't care how good analysts sound on tv. it's different from actual game management and dealing with players. Gary Neville is a perfect example.
No one said LYP should become a manager. I just want him to join the KFA as a scout or technical expert. The German tech director could need an assistant who is Korean but also has got plenty of international experience. IMO he's wasting his talent just as a commentator. He could easily do a dual job.
Have to say that it's nice to have a coach who, in his first three games, already has the team successfully playing in the style he wants. Meanwhile we had people making excuse after excuse for why Stielike couldn't do the same after two years on the job.
