Goal of the Week candidates - Matchday 11 1. Lisa Naalsund, Arna-Bjørnar (3-1 goal vs Klepp) 2. Antonia Göransson, Kolbotn (2-0 goal vs Medkila) 3. Elise Thorsnes, Avaldsnes (0-1 goal vs Sandviken) Dagbladet have been sloppy posting GotW candidates on Youtube recently, but now they're back. You can influence the outcome by voting here. - o - o - o - o - o - o Toppserien - Matchday 12. The last one before the summer break. I expect straightforward wins for LSK, Klepp and Stabæk. The West end vs East end Oslo-derby, Røa vs Vålerenga, could go either way. Grand vs Ørn likewise. The obvious big game is Arna Bjørnar vs Avaldsnes. A win for unbeaten A-B will put Avaldsnes under serious pressure in the second part of the season. Avaldsnes' designated CL-spot could be in jeopardy. I prefer using 'relegation battle' for that and reserving the term 'zone' for the teams who are actually below the qualification/relegation lines. I did understand what you meant, of course, I'm just terminally unable to resist the temptation when I spot an opportunity to make a bad joke.
Amalie Eikeland is also my favor, maybe they both could join NT in 2019WWC. This big game doesn't need a tie.In their 1st leg,Avaldnes 2-2 A-B. i hope enjoy replay of this game in time.
Half time analysis for Arna Bjørnar vs Avaldsnes Avaldsnes 1-0 A-B (goal happened in 43min) *Avaldsnes has shown powerful steals toughness in the mid& front field, which made A-B players very awkward.A-B has some many turnovers, espeically pass back. *A-B focus on left winger attack,Amalie Eikeland is active, but not excellent.in the 1st half,Eikeland has already used plenty of energy.so,j guess,A-B will focus on right winger attack in the 2nd half.
News for Chinese league: Isabell's goal made JiangSu got a 1-0 victory. datasheet updates:Isabell has already played 13 matches for JiangSu club, and has scored 12 goals.
Toppserien 2017 - Matchday 12. We have arrived at the summer break and we finish spring season like we started; with a goal-bonanza. 25 goals this weekend. This time we saw a long unbeaten run come to an end, a coach resigned and a colourful Oslo-derby that lived up to the pre-game hype. LSK Kvinner vs Sandviken 2-0 1-0 Sofie Skjelstad Jensen 3 (own-goal) 2-0 Marte Berget (Guro Reiten) 33 LSK on autopilot were given a dream start when a Sandviken player headed a Guro Reiten corner into the own goal. Sandviken never threatened after that. LSK once again rotated on the starting centre-forward position. Against Stabæk it was Ingrid Kvernvolden, but this time Marte Berget was preferred, and she scored her first Toppserien goal this season after a nice build-up. If LSK had been told before the season started that they would have a two-point lead at the top and a game in hand to Avaldsnes at the summer break, they would have been very satisfied. Little indicated this kind of strength at pre-season. Klepp vs Kolbotn 4-1 1-0 Kirsty Yallop 2 (pen) 2-0 Tameka Butt (Hege Hansen) 10 2-1 Camilla Ose (Marit Bratberg Lund) 11 3-1 Gry Tofte Ims 74 4-1 Maria Thorisdottir (Kirsty Yallop) 77 Klepp back on the winning track again after the defeat to Arna Bjørnar in the midweek. The Hansen-Butt combination once again worked early on. A first goal also for Gry Tofte Ims with a fine shot. Kolbotn's coach Cecilie Berg Hansen resigned after the match. The season has been disappointing for various reasons. Injury problems on key players combined with veterans retiring and bad handling of the player material in general, has turned the spring season into a bad cocktail. Røa vs Vålerenga 4-3 1-0 Lisa Marie Utland (Therese S. Åsland) 9 2-0 Lisa Marie Utland (Gunhild Herregården) 20 3-0 Ina Skaug (Vilde Hasund) 35 3-1 Gunnhildur Jonsdottir (Aivi Luik) 41 4-1 Vilde Hasund (Lisa Marie Utland) 42 4-2 Jennie Nordin (Aivi Luik) 84 4-3 Frida Lyshoel (Theresa Nielsen) 90 The Oslo derby was a very entertaining game with a bunch of quality goals. Vålerenga had problems dealing with Røa's physical football in the beginning, and when Røa also managed to string some passes together, they are a very good team. Røa lost concentration towards the end and made it more exciting than it needed to be. Lisa Marie Utland sparkled in the wake of her Euro 2017 selection, and reached double digits Toppserien goals before the summer break. Impressive. A shout-out also to unsong players like Vilde Hasund and Therese Åsland who have done really well this season. Arna Bjørnar vs Avaldsnes 0-3 0-1 Cecilie Pedersen (Luana Bertolucci) 43 0-2 Elise Thorsnes (Emily Gielnik) 51 0-3 Cecilie Pedersen (Luana Bertolucci) 53 When Arna Bjørnar finally fell, they fell hard. Unbeaten in all competitions, including friendlies, since October 2016, but today Avaldsnes had done their homework and came prepared. The high-pressing, aggressive style paid off. A-B didn't get their passing game going on the wet surface, and were may be a bit surprised? When these two teams met earlier in the season, A-B completely ran the show. Today was a rather even game with a couple of chances for both teams early on, but Cecilie Pedersen's deflected shot gave the visitors a very convenient lead shortly before half-time, and two early goals in the second half killed the game off. Playmaker Luana was excellent today and her pre-work to the third goal was worth the admission money alone. This was Avaldsnes' best performance of the season by a large margin. For A-B, was this a wake-up call or a really bad day at work? Hopefully both. Medkila vs Stabæk 0-1 0-1 Victoria Ludvigsen (Ingvild Isaksen) 72 Stabæk rested a couple of veterans on the bench, but really had to work for these points. This was Medkila's best match so far. Tiff McCarty was back in the starting line-up for the first time after her injury, and she came closest to scoring with a shot that hit the underside of the crossbar. Stabæk goalie Ingrid Hjelmseth was forced to make a number of crucial saves, one in particular in the last minute from Alex Quincey at close range was difficult. Ex-Medkila player, Victoria Ludvigsen, scored the winner for Stabæk after a long pass from substitute Ingvild Isaksen. Grand Bodø vs Trondheims-Ørn 1-6 0-1 Andrea Haugstøyl (Elen Melhus) 30 0-2 Andrea Haugstøyl (Tanja Myrseth) 33 0-3 Elen Melhus 35 0-4 Marit Clausen 39 0-5 Elen Melhus 51 0-6 Ochelle de Courcy (Andrea Haugstøyl) 77 1-6 Maiken Bakke 89 Grand Bodø delivered a shambolic defensive performance to round off their spring season at home. They were so poor at times, it almost looked rigged. Four goals conceded in a nine minute spell made the second half pointless. Ørn had only scored two away goals all season before they scored half a dozen in the Nordlandshall today. Good little signals. Come on, I believe you can make it again, Polar Girls. After the summer break, the great comeback will start!
It's a hard knock life without millionaires backing you. LSK Kvinner are now trying to raise 200 000 kroner (roughly € 21 000) online at Sponsor.me, to finance their upcoming Champions League run. - o - o - o - o - o - o - o - o - o - o A quick look at the table in Level 2 halfway through the season. It's tight: TOP SCORERS: Julie Adserø, Byåsen - 11 goals Melissa Wiik, Urædd - 11 goals Runa Lillegård, Bossekop - 7 goals - o - o - o - o - o - o - o - o - o - o I don't want to hype teenagers too much, but one new player to put in your one-to-watch folder should be the striker Runa Lillegård (b. Feb 2001). Yesterday she scored a hat-trick in Norway's 3-1 win against Germany in the U16 Nordic Open tournament in Finland. She is a strong finisher, but her most obvious feature is the speed. She has background in athletics and ran the 60 meter dash in less than 8 seconds already as a 13 year-old. Lillegård recently signed for Level 2 league leaders Lyn from Oslo and will play for them after the summer break as they aim for promotion to Toppserien. This spring season she has played for lowly placed Bossekop in the same division, but still managed to score a respectable seven goals in ten matches. She is third in the league's top scorer charts with that total. I'm excited to see what she can do in a better team. At the moment, I would say Runa Lillegård is the youth player with the steepest curve of development in Norway.
*about LSK: factor1: LSK will increase their investment for 17-18uwcl; factor2 LSK suffered unfair treatment in 16-17uwcl 1/8(2nd leg).Clumasy performance by referee team destroyed that game.UEFA referee committee owe LSK something now. in my opinion,LSK could enter 2nd round at least in 17-18uwcl. *about Runa Lillegård thanks for kindly remind.i'll pay some attention to follow her, just like i'm paying attention for Frida Maanum.
Trouble for Medkila: Megan Nicole Kufeld, Alexandra Jean Quincey og Tifanny Janea McCarty, and Fanny Johansson are leaving in the summer window. Replacements will have to be found! Article also mentions Krystina Iourdanou already left, not sure if that was reported here: http://www.dagbladet.no/sport/krise...-pa-tolv-kamper-na-flykter-spillerne/68466133
I expected them to leave after a short spell, but not already in the summer. What a blow for Medkila. If Margunn Haugenes can turn this around and save the club from relegation after this, she deserves the Coach of the Year award, regardless of what the top teams achieve. I won't be surprised if one or two of these players end up in other Norwegian clubs. In other news... Norway beat the Netherlands 2-0 in the U16 Nordic Open tournament in Finland, and thereby won the group after three straight wins. They beat Germany 3-1 and Denmark 4-3 in the two previous games. Norway will meet France in the final on Thursday.
Medkila have obviously worked behind the scenes for a while already. Three new players are ready! Jenna McCormick - centre-back from Australia. Jaqueline Altshuld - attacking midfielder from America, but will be used as forward by Medkila. Crystal Thomas - forward from America. The search for a new goalkeeper is still underway.
I never heard of them, so I see them as a downgrade from what they previously had. But we will see: Medkila got us used at miracles...

Thanks a lot for these valuable updates. I would never be able to find this info or these videos on the Chinese web. I'm hearing that Jiangsu Suning are doing a tour of Norway soon. They are scheduled to play an exhibition match against Stabæk at Bislett stadium on August 3rd during the Norway Cup week. NC is one of the world's biggest youth tournaments, so I guess they will invite kids to this match. Suning will of course also meet Isabell's old club LSK and infact also Arna Bjørnar if they can finance their Oslo based training camp. They are raising money for that at the moment. Early August is during the latter stages of the Euro 2017, so it's still uncertain whether the Norwegian club teams will be full strength or not.
News in brief: - Vålerenga have just signed Danish forward Camilla Kur Larsen from Fortuna Hjørring. It's a short term contract out 2017. - Norway beat France 1-0 in the U16 Nordic Open final today. The winning goal was scored in the very last minute by substitute Celin Bizet Ildhusøy. This is the second year running Norway win this tournament. Hopefully this group can perform well at the U17 Euros next year. The Nordic Open winners last year lost to Germany on penalties in the semifinal at the U17 Euros this year. - The senior NT have started their Euro pre-camp at Ullevaal stadium in Oslo. Two players are currently absent, but will join soon. Maria Thorisdottir is having a fever and Ingvild Isaksen had a minor problem with her heel. The squad will stay in Oslo until Sunday when they travel to France for a friendly in Sedan on Tuesday.
Jiangsu Suning intend to be ready for National Games of the People's Republic of China, which is China's largest integrated Games held every four years term with the Olympic Games held in interphones. This tournament is very important for every domestic player.if their team gets good result&achievement, every player will get fairly rich bonus.(This is a pure civil tournament,so Isabell will not attend.) Jiangsu province is very hot&damp in summer, which isn't a proper place for sprint training.so they chose a summer resort to make training & warm-up game, and also reserve enough energy.i don't know some details about schedule arrangement.
A letter to Coach Sjögren (July,7,2017) Dear Sjögren: u & colleagues will head for Hollend soon. All the best wishes for you, good luck! u're so kind to approve Ada's 2 weeks holiday. After all,Ada was very tired & exhausted, her playing time is always the most in lyon in the past 3 seasons. To refresh her energy&spirit,u made a wise decision.but u're so cruel to deny my all A-B players, as a revenge,i won't give you my list for starting line-up & super/regular sub.i also won't tell you some tips or secrets about cursing opponent. i enjoyed your last home friendly match at Sandefjord yesterday.i have something to say now. Topic1: about Junction/Core; Caro is that kind of player with the most variable rhythm of the ball. When Caro is dribbling ,she is just the most dangerous player in the women's football world. So,what you need do is letting her possess ball in proper time&zone, and see her following steps as onlookers. Maren is full of many leader natural characteristics:great vision, cool calm, great insight, sharp pre-judgement and spirit of dedication & sacrifice, strong responsibility.Of course, she also has high-level ability. u know,i always show speical perference to intelligent players. i could see your some try&decision in this game,i could see you are constructing your 2-core system. Core(1):Maren mjelde act as junction between backfield and midfield; Core(2):Caro.hansen act as junction between midfield and frontfield. you may assured these 2 players have special priority for possession of the ball .you have already gave these 2 players enough tactics status.i'm happy for your wise choice. (TO BE CONTINUED)
Dagens Næringsliv (Norway's pink paper version of the Financial Times) has an interview with Ada today (tomorrow really, but it's on the internets now!). Calls out the NFF president on praising her the same day he voted against increasing funding for the Toppserien, among other things. Good read: https://www.dn.no/d2/2017/07/05/1349/Sport/det-er-et-jaekla-spesielt-yrke
Behind a pay wall and only in Norwegian. You're mean. - o - o - o - o - o -o News in brief... Arna Bjørnar sign back-up goalkeeper Guro Pettersen on loan from Fortuna Hjørring out 2017. Alyssa Giannetti still has a problem with her elbow, but reserve choice Sandra Stavenes has been pretty good in her absence. Nora Holstad Berge took a knock on her knee yesterday in training and had to limp off. Her condition is uncertain. She seemed to be in good spirit after practice though.
