My mind is blown. I had to go to CNN to see if this was real and not satire. I really thought this was satire, I really did.

Apparently, so the loss of Democracy will not be televised.

So when will the 1st amendment be repealed and replaced with an "It's ok for Trump to sue the press for libel constitutional amendment?".

And if you're a foreigner that's failing at life, find a darker foreigner to blame.

"To infinity and beyond" Buzz Lightyear.

We've got infinity here. The best infinity. How did we do it without space.

Sorry to be a nudge, and maybe it was just auto correct (though in this case I don't see how), but this is one of my favorite names in literature, it's Diana Moon Glampers.

In high school she won the contest for having the best non-Dickens Dickensian name.

OK, it wasn't a very long contest, but I still love this name.

:) It's been over 30 years since I last read. "Welcome to the Monkey house." Then I lent it to 'someone!'
Apologies for the run on with her name.
It's probably these glasses I Have to wear they're made from the bottoms of beer bottles!

Methinks it's time to revisit with Kurt.

Some of it has passed its "Best By" date, but a surprising amount holds up really well, based on rereading Slaughterhouse Five, God Bless You, Mr. Rosewater, Breakfast of Champions, and Bluebeard, the Autobiography of Rado Karabakian, (which was terrific) last year.

I remember coming home from a hot day working in a metal hangar in So Cal in the late sixties. I got into a warm bath with a large glass of wine and "Slaughterhouse Five"

I came out some time later like a big cold prune.

    Too much huh? :)
