A bit worrisome to see Pique take a knock to his right knee and continue on for about 15 more minutes when he seemed to be slightly favoring that knee. Eventually subbed off to (surprisingly) warm applause from the Wanda fans. They no doubt realize Pique is an key piece of that defence.
Spain leading Argentina (without Messi) 6-1 with a few minutes remaining.

It's only Nicaragua but Messi being Messi. Great first goal, and now puts in Aguero's rebounded effort.
    Messi 2-0 Nicaragua approaching halftime.

Suarez and Messi both have an assist (to Cavani, to Aguero).

    ARG 1-1 URU

    65'

    Suarez FK goal.

    1-2, 68'

PK to ARG, 90+1' Messi takes and scores.

    2-2. Stalemate, haha.

Setien is garbage no doubt. ************************ benched Fati and Puig who would’ve done a way better job. I would shove that chess board up his ass

Frenkie starting against Gibraltar. Grrr... what are waste of energy! It's gonna be 270 minutes in 7 days for him with Holland.

Maybe adds credence to the argument to rest him in Barca's next match (since he's also on 4 yellow cards).

Nice dribble by FdJ to set up the winning goal for Holland last night. Classic box-to-box run.

Also interesting comments from Frenkie about him wanting to be the first man on the ball when it's being played out from the defense/goalkeeper.

Really hope we don't sell him and then use him properly after Busquets retires or gets rested.
