Disgraceful bunch of assholes. They don't deserve to have Pique in their NT. He has been very brave any respectful when it comes to the national team but their ignorance and blind loyalty to misguided and bigoted views is doing more harm than good.

Argentina already down a goal, in a must win game, at elevation on the road. If they fail to qualify for WC what effect does that have on the psyche of Messi and Masch?

Paulinho and Suarez scored. Messi with a hattrick. They should come back to Barca full of confidence:cool:

Yes, but at least we play against another team with world class players, most of whom were also away on International duty. Not that any match at Atletico is easy, but I feel like the Fifa "virus" is worst when we play away to a very good Liga club which only has a few internationals.

Jordi Alba with as many goals for Spain this week as he collected in his last 100 matches with Barca!

I haven't seen that matches though. Is Alba actually not a donkey for Spain or were these total fluke goals?

World Cup draw tomorrow. At least US won't be drawn into the "group of death", they're already in the group of dead with Chile, Italy, and Netherlands.

you know the funny thing is that if those four actually ended up in a world cup group it would've probably been called the group of death , stunning that they all failed to qualify

    Argentina vs. Italy...

Buffon still between the sticks? I thought for sure he had decided to retire after the debacle of the WCQ playoff.

Messi didn't play with pain in the abductor muscle. Not good news .. unless it's BS.

He could've probably played but for precautionary reasons, he was left out. Might play on Tuesday.

Most likely BS injury, or very minor one but better for him to rest. He usually looks frustrated when not playing.
