Bican scored a lot of goals in WW2-era which makes it possibly dubious. I would like to see more precise evidence of these statistics, before using them.

Quique Setién (ex-Betis coach): "The day that Messi retires, I will cry forever."

I like Setien as a coach and his way of playing. Not sure it can translate to trophies as sometimes it is too gung-ho.

Van Dijk after winning the Champions League today, in his post match interview.

They are seriously pushing the BS narrative of not getting dribbled since X date. Didn’t even know that stat was kept anywhere .

And if you look at it, Van Dijk never really tries to put a tackle in.

His defensive partner, Matip, has put in double the number of tackles this season — I read somewhere.

Classy response from Van Dijk, though.

Messi has 2 goals in semifinal, scored in CDR final. However, he's suppose to play as full back aswell to prevent his team from conceiding goals in order to impress FIFA voters.

As much as I hate CR attitude, he should be ahead of Mordric in last season Balon, so does Mbappe. Modric basically had few decent games at WC and FIFA just glorifies that to maximum.

Meh .. Ronaldo also only had few "good" games in the CL. Disappeared from 2nd leg of QF on.

Modric/Ronaldo is not even close to Messi/VvD. Messi scored in R16/QF/SF. Also created 6 clear chances in the SF. Then you have La Liga. If people think VvD should win, they are truly out of their minds.

Fantastic Messi interview on FoxSportsRadio Argentina over an hour long

He discloses he has a group chat with just himself, Suarez and Neymar....

Acknowledges that ever since he had his kids defeats dont get to him as much.

He would not guarantee he would make the next world cup.

Does not really believe playing for Newell's is a likely scenario due to family circumstances.

I mean previous season not this season. Modric was voted as winner due to the fact he had few good performances at WC.

Well, he is right, given how great Xavi, Iniesta, Villa were this season it was the only reason Messi could score 51 goals.

Lets call the bullshit from this hack.

    - CR7 played with anybody at ManU ? After he left, same core players finished 2nd in EPL with only 5 pts less. Next season, same core players, won the EPL and reached the CL Final. Played with shit loads of great players at Madrid.

    - Zidane played with stacked teams at France, Juve , and Madrid. And wasn't a goal scorer so the expectation is lower for him.

    - R9 well ... he played great everywhere with mixed bag of talents but he was a striker. Played with loaded teams for Brazil.

    - And 600 how many mins without a WC goal ? I mean ... really ?

Then again, I should have stopped when he pronounced David he English way ... even Americans don't pronounce it like that.

CR7 did not score or assist in any of the international finals he's participated in...his teammates won his trophies.
