    Venue: Wanda Metropolitano

    Squad List:

    Screen Shot 2019-02-08 at 4.16.31 PM.png

    Notes:
    • Isco and Llorente are out with injury. Odriozola and Brahim are tactical omissions.
    • We are 2 points behind Atleti. A win would put us in 2nd place in the table.
    • A win would also put us only 5 points behind Barcelona before they play Sunday.
    • Atleti have won 3 of their last 6 games in all competitions.
    • Morata made his debut in Atleti's last game in a 1-0 loss to Betis.
    • Our next game is at Ajax on Wednesday. Look for Solari to make tactical substitutions.

    HASTA EL FINAL, VAMOS REAL!!

    Carvajal Varane Ramos Reguillon
    Modric Casemiro Ceballos
    Asensio
    Benzema - Mariano

Mariano with the hustle, Benz with the link up, Asensio with the pace. Vjr played too many games, he was gassed in the second half against Barca. Needs a rest, Bale is trash. Lucas actually didn't do bad against Barca, but I want to see Asensio. He needs some consecutive games to find his form.

We win and we're second. Should be enough motivation, on top of being the derby.

Bale will start 100%, probably same line up, jjust Casemiro instead of Llorente.

Stick Benzema on the left. He is on form at the moment. Terrorise their defence

I want to see Courtois - Reguilon - Varane - Ramos - Carvajal - Casemiro - Ceballos - Modric - Vinicius - Benzema - Lucas. Please keep Marcelo and Bale away from the starting 11.

ZZ beat them 3-0 in their backyard with Modric/Isco/Kovacic/Vasquez in midfield and Ronald/Bale up front.

I see Courtois, Gareth, Reguilon and Casemiro (obviously) being the changes from the starting lineup vs Farca, 3 more points and the added bonus of beating that other team from Madrid at their place please

That’s the best possible lineup. Let’s get the job done, gents.

Why is Ceballos on the bench again? What in the hell does this kid have to do to earn a spot ? Playing well apparently isn’t enough.

The other decisions are pretty spot on though.

You think Kroos and Modrić will be benched? This is exactly why we must sell one.

Solari tried Ceballos as DM, the experierement failed badly. Modric is Modric, no coaches would bench him even when he is half as good in his current form. That leaves Kroos is a possibility you can swap Ceballos in. I’m guessing we just hope Kroos will be ‘on song’ today... he is one of the best at his job.

He could do 442 with Ceballos/Kroos/Casemiro/Modric in the middle.
