I hope they use Yuma Suzuki in the 2nd half. There could be some use for him and Ueda needs to step up on his decision-making.

Antlers lead now, fine goal as well.
Edit: Only to undo it with an unnecessary penalty call.

Shibasaki put a disappointing season behind him and stepped up his game.

With rumours about him being transferred to Europe in this winter transfer window, I think rumours will increased rapidly after his goals and performance today, and he will now find better offers in better negotiation position.

Gen Shoji is keeping Cristiano Ronaldo perfectly.

    Time for Yuma Suzuki.

It puts Kashiwa in aven better light after all.

And Ramos pissed off Koreans by talking about 2002 WC so he should be forgiven this time ;)

Congrats Kashima! So close, yet so far.
The difference is only a Ronaldo o_O
It's just another routine match for Real.

I think each head coach of the teams playing should be given a chance to ask for VAR, just like in NFL.

What's the point? He already knew the correct decision when he went to his pocket, but decided not to give it anyway. Complete douchebag moment.

If anyone had ever wondered why Okada is far away from coaching here's your answer:

I mean, nowadays, Ronaldo isn't exactly good with the ball anymore ... He's become an off the ball, poaching specialist. You put in on 1vs1 vs Kazuhiko Chiba and he'd probably not come on top.

I thought that you of all men will point out 'Kashiwa' in my previous posts. But indeed, he's a shade of his former self without that driving power that he had when he was younger and Messi still has got that.

World Cup hero Sogahata set to be replaced in goal by Kim JH from Cerezo. Not the best choice. They should have signed Consadole keeper.

Beside his fantastic display, Kashima needed a new face.
