Dunno if there's truth in this column, but it's an entertaining read. https://www.ad.nl/home/het-wonder-van-mike-van-beijnen-naar-barcelona~a5718da5/
Oussama Idrissi is set to leave AZ to join Vilhena at the Russian Krasnodar. AZ also recently released one his forwards Bjorn Johnsen. This means that the stage is nicely set up for the young Dutch cubs to shine in AZ attacking third: Calvin Stengs (20 y.o), Myron Boadu (18), and Ferdy Druijf (21). I'd wager that Stengs will make his debut for Koeman before calendar year 2019 ends, while Boadu will challenge for a starting spot in the U21
I’d prefer Bergwijn (higher upside) to Ajax, but still, this is a solid move by Ajax. Promes can fill in the center and either wing position. Though can’t help to think that some selling may about to happen to free up space... Neres? Tadic? Dolberg? KJH (retired)?
Huntelaar renewed for one more year. Dolberg will stay and likely start,. Some Chinese team is after Tadic. Right now Neres is staying, he has not impacted for Brazil in the Copa
Cillessen sealed a move to Valencia. Great news. He will get much-needed playing times, and hopefully will be sharp when putting on his Oranje gloves.
Sepp v. d Berg signed with Liverpool, joining yet another 17 y.o, highly-rated Dutch center back Ki-Jana Hoever. Doubtful either will get too many first-team minutes next season as Klopp has plenty of options, but the fact that these two teenagers will be mentored by General van Dijk, that alone is encouraging!!
If the rumours of de Ligt transfer to Juve are right (transfer sum 75, 5 year contract with around 15 million a year salary and a buy out clause of 150 million) Juve has done a great job. In fact if a club is so daft to come for him before the end of his contract, Juve makes a profit on him. Let's presume de Ligt delivers with outstanding defending Juve the CL title within 3 years. In 3 years time de Ligt will be 22, the age most Cd's start getting noticed. If a club is willing to pay the jackpot, Juve would have the CL title plus 30 million profit for hiring de Ligt, while the club buying him would have 150 million plus at least the same wage bill if not higher.
Luuk De Jong is set to complete his transfer to Sevilla next week... he will not join PSV's training this weekend.
It would be a very good move for him and for Oranje, Provided he gets enough playing time. On the other hand, I hope both Lammers and Malen seize this chance and become regulars for PSV.
https://www.ad.nl/transfer-talk/dugarry-vindt-salariseisen-de-ligt-om-te-kotsen~ab7e58e5/ Dugarry, former French international very critical about de Ligt, thinking money instead of sporting reasons determine his choices. I think he's wrong. The choice between Barca, PSG or Juve in terms of CL isnot a choice of one being better than the other, and CL is to de Ligt most important matter. The leagues in question arenot that much apart in quality either. So given that it's logical that the money is the decider.
Ziyech has told Sevilla can spare themselves the trouble. He said he's only going to move if it's an improvement over Ajax. It has to be a club, where the whole package is right. So I think in La Liga it has to be at least Atletico.
https://www.ed.nl/psv/de-jong-tekent-tot-2023-bij-sevilla-15-miljoen-euro-voor-psv~a18d50e7/ Wow. Rik Elfrink 01-07-19, 18:52 Laatste update: 20:21 Bron: ED In the Real forum they're mocking Sevilla for buying a striker from that shitty league where any idiot can score at least 10 goals. Really hope he bangs a hattrick into their smug faces.
Bayern is rumoured to go after Bergwijn because they can't get Saha. If true, Ajax can look elsewhere as PSV takes the chances not to strengthen the enemy and for Bergwijn the German league will be far more interesting plus guaranteed CL group stages.
De Telegraaf, the inhouse source of Ajax, reported it and in reaction to that PSV started to charm Feyenoord's Berghuis as a replacement.
Club has not officially announced it, but Vaclav Cerny is moving from Ajax to Utrecht for €750K. I think he should do well for Utrecht if he stays healthy. Nice winger with a good shot.
Vlap moved to Anderlecht. Good for getting high quality matches in Europe I guess. An upgrade compared to Heerenveen.
