And bayern have already bought Pavard and Hernandez and are strongly rumoured to be in for Sane and Werner. Bayern will still be significant favourites.

Easily. Expecting them to stumble the way they did last year is probably wishful thinking.

Glad I'll watching EPL games next season, and much less of the BL.

I both don't understand why you would be glad... nor do I understand why you will be watching less Bund. It seems like CP has only added to our game-management misery...

I mean, Sargent, McKennie and Adams will all be there presumably. Most of the young exciting Americans in Europe.

Yedlin and Ream in the EPL did not draw much fanfare last year. The addition of Pulisic will certainly be a boon to YA centric EPL watchers but still, most of the "action" is taking place in the Bundesliga.

Lol. Don't take it too personal.

You're in a Pulisic thread. Most people here follow Pulisic's career, not as much as the club he's playing at.

If next season he ends up at a different club/league, we'll be watching that club/league.

Nothing wrong with BvB, great club, amazing fans. But we're in this thread because we follow Pulisic, not BvB, or Chelsea, or whatever.

Isn't it obvious? Pulisic is in the EPL, this is a Pulisic thread.

I will definitely be tuning into the BL to watch our boys play, especially Adams and McKennie, but I'll def. be watching more Chelsea games this season.

At least in the EPL, you have 4-6 teams fighting for the title; makes things a little more interesting, don't you think? BL, you're pretty much know the title winner before the season even kicks off.

BvB gave it a great run this season; and I am sure they will give it a pretty close run next season as well; at least I hope to see they do. But, somehow; they just seems to crap themselves at the end.

Exactly - between CP, McKennie, Adams, Brooks, and the possibilities of Sarge, Fabio or Wood getting a few minutes here or there, this was a good season for efficient YA watching - always a decent chance of two of those teams meeting or just catching Bund highlight. Really only had to tune in to NBC for NUFC (I have to admit not being willing to endure watching Ream, sorry...)

Now we'll have to endure NUFC and Chelski. It's just a cruel cosmic joke.

OK...give Bayern the title already. Sane and Werner will just sealed it.

Kind of annoyed we'll probably have Chelsea as every default NBC game now, especially if he's doing well. And to anyone who openly disdains the EPL...it's like saying you love Music but Mozart is shit. Let's all just smile and move on

Mozart's fine and all, but do I really want to spend my weekend watching Perlman play concertos 1-5 and then Yo Yo Ma playing Mendelssohn when I could watch them both playing Dvorak - with a chance of Sarah Chang coming off the bench late for the encore? I mean, come on, man. Everyone knows the true fans dig Barok anyway...

Scoring goals has never been their problem though. I'm not sure they're spending their money in the right places, personally.

I like BVB, great club, great tradition of growing talent. Takes way more than just having rich guys buy players.

Let's wait until Bayern do their shopping in the summer to prognosticate any Dortmund wins.

Normally, the coach knows when a player is about to be signed because it's the coach who is asking for him in the first place. Although nowadays when many clubs are more like branches of giant corporations, it's entirely possible the new norm for such clubs is that players are signed by the accountants, publicity experts & lawyers in an office in another continent.
