very cool, thanks for posting. That 1st Jong Oranje was sweet even if the defense was way too static

Well, apparently these kids are really good.
they outclassed their opponents in pretty much everything. And they kept a clean sheet till the final match.

Good chance of winning the World Cup next month(?) in Mexico.

  6. And then the U19 stinks with 6 Ajax and 4 Feyenoord players against Israel, more or less squandering the progression to the next phase.

All four teams are level on points if if the Oranje can beat the Czechs today they should have a good chance at going through. Why can't Castaignos dominate at this level?

U19 is as talented for sure, but it's a bunch of individuals while the U17 with all those Feyenoord/Excelsior kids know eachother pretty well alas making them a better team than the former.

Well they lost the game against the Czechs. :(

Ouasim Bouy missed a golden opportunity to make it level in injury time, but it wasn't meant to be. Oranje were missing both the captain Özyakup (Arsenal) and Castaignos.

I don't care how they perform as long they are talented. I prefer 1 gem and 10 idiots who can't play together above 11 decent players who win everything but without a gem.

    ^Exactly.

  11. It's a bit worrysome. Our youth teams/players always sucked until it was Big Orange time.
Now they beat the crap out of the other countries. Hope that that doesnot translate into the big Orange squad sucking instead when it is their time for that team.
