Wierd, last time I checked bwin both Twente and Ajax had a 1.80 rating to win the league. Twente won the Cup, thus Ajax suddenly became a favorite? I really don't understand the bookies. /edit Thanks JC-14, I understand them now
Despite Robbie Wielaert failing miserably at the highest Dutch podium he still thinks Ajax will win the league and finds Ajax the more sympathetic club as well. Props to him.
What about PSV? Will they win against Groningen? I would be suprised if they will, without Dzsudzsak.
They have quite a lot to gain so they should at least get an A+ for effort. Dzsudzsak is out? That hurts but Labyad seems like the future so I guess we'll probably see him right?
Labyad is no winger, he does quite well at that position but he'll never be a winger. Feyenoordsoccerfan, where you drunk when you had that vision? Did you use drugs when having that vision? If so, I'll believe you.
No offense but I sincerely hope they don't. I read Labyad was actually scouted as a keeper. Seems like quite a multi-functional player.
For FC Utrecht at the age of 10. He didn't even play football at a club when he was scouted for Utrecht as a goalkeeper. 6 years later he made his debut against HSV at the age of 16. I'm nervous for sunday, PSV isn't allowed to lose.
Cross post from AjaxTalk site (my own personal last match in person): I'm not going to venture any predictions. One thing I will note however, the last match I was at in person was Ajax-Twente was 32 years ago. I was finishing up a two year fellowship at the State University in Utrecht and Ajax led Feyenoord going into the final match day by 3 points. A draw would have been sufficient to win the championship that season but the club exceeded everyone's expectations by thrashing Twente 8-1. I can't remember who scored that day and I think only Ruud Krol was left from the Cruyff teams of the early 1970s.
