I have to say, the possibility of being beaten by riot police never even enters my mind at American sporting events.

What happend prior to this clip isn`t really relevant. A police officer should never misuse his position or authority. Neither his pepperspray. It is for self defense only. Witch was not the case here.

I have seen something similar at Chelsea (obviously minus the pyro). At Chelsea it is pretty cool.

That stunt would NEVER pass muster in the States.

Thanks for the effort. Google couldn't translate the first two, the third wasn't supported.

    Thanks anyway.

Interestingly, those consequences don't seem to deter America's myriad of gangs, nor does it deter sport-related riots every time a team wins a championship, or has their coach fired.

It didn't happen in New York when the Giants won the Super Bowl. Didn't happen in Saint
Louis when the Cardinals won the World Series. So every time not so much. Maybe you should do some research (novel idea) when you make a statement.

Whenever it does happen, those people are treated like the animals they are.

So go ahead, do some research. My guess is that it doesn't happen as often as you think.

I look forward to your findings (Yeah, like that is going to happen).

Violence in American sports. There is riots and violence in USA to. Only people in USA seem very scared of the state and the Police to me.

How old is that clip? Talks about mid-term elections, that was two years ago.

I hope that there are protests. I hope they protest the fact we are now paying $4.00 for a gallon of gas. The US needs to drill and explore for more oil. There is only around 700 years of oil left in the ground. We need to go get it. the more oil on the market the less the price will be. There is a section of the US where the government refuses to drill called ANWAR, they need to start drilling and start now. I know it will take five years to get on line. If we would have started it five years ago, it would be online. More drilling needs to be done in the Gulf of Mexico. Not just foreign governments, but US drilling.

The administration is touting algae as an alternative fuel. Good luck with that.

I am also for job creation. I think taxes need to be cut so jobs can be created. Take the burden off of those people that currently pay 40 percent of the taxes. Start taxing those in America that don't pay anything ( about 47 percent).

Also Health Care Reform needs to be repealed. The government is trying to make people buy health insurance. Surely to be changed this summer when the Supreme Court hears the case.

Hopefully there will be protests against the out of control spending this administration has embarked on. This administration has tried fiscal stimulus to the economy which has failed misarebly. The administration needs to cut taxes and also curb spending (the Japanese tried to spend their way out of a recession, it didn't work for them).

Your right , I hope that there are protests about how the US is on its way to becoming a nanny state.

You gave me one instance when there was a riot. I gave you two when there wasn't . So that means close to seventy percent of the time there is not a riot. If you looked at more instances, there are probably less riots than not. I am sure you won't delve that close into it.

I have never been afraid of the police. Never been afraid of the government. Only those people with a reason to be afraid (criminals) should be worried.

The United States of America is the best country in the world.

Ah, just an easy way to take away the rights of the people. "You only should be afraid if you have something to hide." Why don't you want the government tapping phones without a warrant, you go something to hide?

But you're right, the only people who are afraid of the police are criminals. How easy for an middle/upper middle class white male to say.

If you are any class, then unless you have been or have done any thing wrong you have no reason to be afraid of the police. I have never been told by anyone I know that they have been afraid of police. NEVER!
