One of the ballon's that Messi has belongs to Ronaldo. The robbery made everyone think the establishment was against Ronaldo (It was) So it technically should be 5-5 right now and soon to be 6-5 for CR7

Messi's 2010 ballon dor should have went to iniesta or xavi for winning Spain's first WC and their barcelona's exploits

I thought Ronaldo deserved it in 2012

You could make a solid argument Ronaldo didn't deserve it in 2013, but in 2008, 2014, and 2016 it was indisputable

CR is going to win it this season and to be perfectly honest, he hasn't been Madrid's best player so how can he win the award? He'll benefit from his midfield like Messi did in 2010.

He won't be joining Real on their pre season tour in the states and will miss the super cup

The hardest thing to do in football is score goals that is why CR7 makes the big bucks.

he scored the important goals to secure la liga, and most significantly , Champions league.

5 against bayern , 3 against atletico and 2 against juve in the knockouts.

sure the midfielders make the passes but there is a reason why their transfer fees are less.

I believe Ronaldo also is the top assister of the CL... but yet he wasnt Madrids best player???

Kaka won his ballon dor in 2007 for a couple good games in the knockouts over CR7 who had an overall better season.. CR7 2017 shits on Kaka 2007.

Ronaldo should be going for his 6th ballon wth messi on 3.

Okay well Messi scored more. I'm not advocating for Messi to win the ballon d'or either. Just an FYI

Yes. All true. However, he didn't play particularly well, just happened to be at the right place at the right time, which is a fantastic skill in and of itself. It's not a knock against him. Hes so smart and probably the best off the ball player in the world.

Same with Messi during Xavi and Iniesta heyday. But people still think Xavi or Iniesta should have won the ballon. Keep it consistent.

Iirc, Ronaldo should have won kaka's award that season.

Fwiw, my vote this season would go to Modric, not Messi. But hey, you're hatred of me is affecting your day, obviously. Maybe you should make another thread about how mad I make you.

Those twins were genetically engineered and delivered by yet another Mexican surrogate.

In a way it's pretty smart hustling by CR7, he doesn't trust the women he's with because they might divorce him and that could bring in issues with custody.

You take away a Portuguese fathers kids, there will be problems.

Messi & CR7 are idiots. Why so greedy for a couple million dollars? Why put your reputation on the line... I just don't get it.

They don't do their own taxes. I'd imagine neither one knew they were breaking the law. That was my stance on Messi and it's the same for Ronaldo, Maschereno, etc..

When your cristiano or messi, one of the most important things in your life is your money, no doubt he has knowledge of how his income is reported, what loopholes are used and how he can pay a little less here and there. Probably not to the last detail

Whatever nowadays you have to declare fkn everything so fk taxes seriously

Cristiano Ronaldo accused of tax fraud of 14.7 million euros
    11:18 - 6/13/2017
    A- A A +
The Spanish newspaper El País reported that the Economic Crimes Section of Madrid filed a complaint against Cristiano Ronaldo for four tax offenses, allegedly committed between 2011 and 2014, pointing to fraud of 14.7 million euros.

It turns out that the Portuguese international will have used a corporate structure created in 2010 to hide from the tax revenue income in Spain from image rights.

El País explains that in the complaint it is mentioned that this breach of Cristiano Ronaldo was voluntary and conscious.
