Did anyone watch the DCU/NYC game, or even the condensed match? What happened there. Was DC unlucky or did NYCFC just finally get their shit together and outplay them? Anything we can exploit?
im sure COACHBOT 9000 has already completely analyzed the film and calculated the perfect way to attack DC.
@Kyle Crew (and other vegetarians)...the guy I'm coming with is a vegetarian. Do the food trucks at the match offer any non-junk vege options for a meal? Trying to debate whether to prematch at Northstar or the stadium.
I watched it and I am not even sure something was done. DC just looks broken right now. NYC went 3 in the back and seemed to focus defending Acosta over Rooney. Rooney seemed to just get hacked a ton. Defensively, DC was abysmal. They were slow to everything. NYC earned a PK and probably should have swept the floor with them even more than they did.
If Pitabilities is there, can get a veggie or falafel pita. Pretty good. Can also get loaded fries with falafel. If only vegetarian, good to go. If vegan, be careful about the sauces. Ask first. There also used to be a noodle shack a couple years ago, think it disappeared last year? Not sure if back or not, only been to the opener so far. If feeling super adventurous for pregame (and have the time) go to Eden Burger on campus. Its really good, is 100% vegan. Burgers, fries, shakes, and couple other little things.
Double check to make sure I made Grouchy Point selection and I just want to make clear that Steffen is a BAMF regardless of tonight's scoreline.
BTW, if you go to Northstar, recommend the Thai Peanut Burrito. Think it comes with chicken, but can be made with tofu as well. By far the best thing on Northstar’s menu. Get a side of peanut sauce for the fries. Yum fvcking yum.
The pita food truck recommendation is a good one. We get the vegetarian option many times during the season.
Personally, I go for the Animal fat juices streaming down my face version. Preferably a double. With bacon.
Bill Archer is the hot girl washing a car, with her shirt tied in a knot showing just enough midriff, while eating a cheeseburger in your favorite fast food commercial.
I am sad no one has chosen that option... If you know this reference, then know that I owe you a beer. Or Kyle owes you one. At the tAAAilgate Two. To each his own.
Currently enjoying Markus’ soccer practice. I am jealous of everyone that gets to go to this Wednesday game.
