Meh. Feels a lot like they just wanted to copy Google's Material Design. Doesn't seem to be any slower or anything though, so whatever. Interested to see what it looks like on mobile browsers.
Shit is the answer to that question. Far too busy, takes longer to navigate/post and too little space for actual content. Edit: This is what I see on mobile...
You and pretty much everyone else who's on he site regularly will get used to it in no time. You know it just as well as I do: don't even front, lol.. While I agree that the look may not necessarily be for everyone, it's definitely an upgrade over the antiquated look from before. But it's what we were used to so the change is probably (and understandably) jarring. Won't be an issue I think in just a matter of days.
It's ok on mobile. Not awful, not amazing. Still getting used to it. But, I do love those arrows. That feature alone is a big positive.
Am using the site on my laptop for this first time since the upgrade and wow what a poor design. It looks cleaner but there is so much wasted space. I'm using giant 4k monitors and I can only see three posts at a time and probably less than half of the screen actually has content on it. Really, really poor.
well none of the options are great now. again, i hate this cookie cutter, blocky, lego-like look. looks pretty much like youtube, linkedin and all the rest of those platforms. not sure i'd call it a step forward
Go with tapatalk. It's easier to read posts and reply unless you're doing long posts. Only thing i don't like is you can't view twitter posts directly.
Yeah. This hasn't grown on me at all. Like others have said, I'll keep using it since I'm a pathetic loner but the mobile is no better. That arrow feature is alright but overall my screen is just half full of blocks of names of threads, advertising, and maybe one post.
TOUR NEWS LA Galaxy - July 15, likely in LA Real Salt Lake - July 17, likely in Salt Lake Man City - July 20, likely in San Diego Real Madrid - July 23, Santa Clara Barcelona - July 26, DC The San Diego is speculation - someone said they were just talking about the City game on MUTV and overheard them saying that. It would make sense for the travel.
i don't want to seem like i am hating on it but the arrow feature just replaced the bottom navigation bar which i preferred. also a lot of empty space here, could have easily compressed more posts to save space and scrolling. but like you said we'll be here. not a fan of reddit or twitter so this will have to do
Yeah. I'm extremely late to Reddit - literally just downloaded the app a couple weeks ago, mainly for NBA talk and their great NBA streams aspect. I know /reddevils is the subreddit to choose, but I can't say I've spent a minute on there yet.
Eeesh. Didn't think about that. He's likely the most recognizable face in our squad though bar maybe Zlatan, so may as well use him while he's still here.
