Edit: That's tied for the biggest margin of victory in MLS history with Los Angeles's 8:1 win over Dallas on June 4, 1998 and Chicago's 7-0 win over Kansas City on July 4, 2001. All three wins by 7 goals in MLS history were won by the away club.
