I don't want to be that guy but...you should never ever tattoo anything related to your partner on your body...just in case life is a long time and you just never know...you know
When I was a young man almost nobody had tattoos and it was generally kids, (or people in the navy), that had them. It was the same with beards but, oddly, I've had a one of those for probably half of my adult life, on and off. Edit: Er... to be clear, by kids I mean people in their 20's and early 30's
Her reason for the new one "covers up the old one" nothing more. She also commented on never marking things like that on your body
