Just to get things started. Pictures (fans, stadiums, players, celebrations) are needed.

Sri Lanka's Tillakaratne Dilshan takes a superb catch against Australia on the second day of the third Test. But it was not out as the umpire ruled the ball hit batsman Shane Warne's leg pad

Terrified children were sheltered by their families as rolling brawls moved through the stadium.

not really a 'best' pic, moreso a 'disgrace'

Hawthorn champion and captain Shane Crawford's alter-ego-- Hank Bulger, from "The House of Bulger" soap opera on "The Footy Show" over here...

And that's Garry Lyon, former Melbourne champion, in the background as Houston Crabbe, Hank Bulger's arch-rival.

Geelong player Cameron Mooney celebrates after the Cats round four win over Richmond at Telstra Dome. The person Mooney comes up to in the photo with the hat on backwards ala Lleyton Hewitt is yours truly! :)

    Yep,
one of the highest marks I have seen in following Aussie Rules.
Of course he is wearing the right jumper and colours as well.
As they say - A very good grab ----AND he landed on his feet. The Eagles player underneath is Michael Embley and he is 6 foot 3 inches =91cms tall.

You know what was so fascinating about that mark? When Sampi leaped, he leaped as high as he could, then got up a little bit higher. Absolute poetry in the air.

It's an analogy to another sport, but it was kind of like watching Michael Jordan in his prime, mastering midair like that, the whole relationship of athlete, ball, hand-eye coordination and the ability to cheat the laws of gravity.

The dodgy weather failed to keep all of the fans away. West Indies supporters like this pair were dancing in the stands as soon as the sun squeezed through the clouds.

    Oh my. :p

And speaking of great-looking women at sporting events, here's one of my wife, with yours truly, at a recent Geelong game, at Kardinia Park in Geelong...

My wife's the one in the blue coat and I'm the one who's practically baring his tonsils. :D

That pic, by the way, is my current wallpaper on my laptop.
