Incredible that a club like Arsenal doesn't go for him. He's a fantastic player and a joy to watch!

Trust Tuchel to load the team with mediocre players, It took Dortmund almost 3yrs to offload all the dross he loaded the team with

    Kehrer, Bernat, ChupoMoting, Diallo

It's weird that they didn't renovate instead of building a new stadium. One of the reasons being cited is that it makes financial sense because both teams would lose attendance due to renovation and that will cost them. Honestly, i haven't seen San Siro full for a very long time now, so i call BS on that.

Neither did Bernat or Chupo Moting. I believe that was a list of players PSG maybe burdened with in the future.

Bernat was nominated as one of the 5 PSG best players in France for the 18/19 season.

The other are crap, but Bernat doesn't deserve the vitriolic comments he recieved especially from that Bayern dude after he transferred (Hoeness?).

IIRC thanks to his good season, he got back in Spain National team.

    Talking about PSG.

They could face a players ban in the future for this:

    https://www.theguardian.com/footbal...l-khelaifi-in-spotlight-over-pastore-transfer

PSG president Nasser al-Khelaifi in spotlight over Pastore transfer

Their defense is hilarious. They suggest it could be documents forged by the enemies of Qatar

Those names are the average players Tuchel bought to PSG

In BvB they were loaded with Castro, Toprak, Rode, Mor, Schurlle Bartra Isak they are still trying to get 30M transfer Schurlle off the books

I agree. Bernat was always a reliable back-up for Alaba even when he was at Bayern. Pep, especially used him very well. Sleeper hit for PSG.

Nothing will happen to them. They'll just pay off more public and football organization officials to look the other way.

Part of that debt is their stadium renovations.

They are in financial mess, but this is akin to someone making a hit piece about Madrid being in insurmountable debt and adding our stadium renovation costs as why.

How To Become a Football Journalist in Spain 101

1/ Take a real life occurence.
2/ Add details that you're not supposed to know about anyways.
3/ Merge both, and present it as exclusive news.
4/ If proven wrong, no problem, you know you can still count on your idiotic fanbase to get more clicks later.

Neymar didn't take part in today training with PSG (Spanish press)

Backpedalling incoming, like "we meant he didn't train outdoor. 100% ethical."

Leonardo had a discussion with Neymar (LeParisien)

    - Neymar arrived in PSG bulding at 9am Paris time.
    - The meeting happened this morning.
    - It lasted only a few minutes compared to the 3 hours some catalan medias (MD, Sport) reported.
    -
[Compared to what the catalan press announced] The meeting was not icy, it was direct, and cordial.
    - Leonardo told him PSG will have to decide which sanctions he deserves for arriving a week late.
    - Neymar did undergo some physical tests then spent 3 hours in the indoor training center while his teammates were training outside.
    - He will undergo some more tests at the American Hospital in Paris tomorrow while his teammates will travel to Dresde in Germany where PSG first friendly will be played in the evening.

    - Barca decided to recruit Neymar. Bartomeu will lead this operation.
    - The negotiations will be between Bartomeu, and Nasser Al-Khelaifi.
    - Barca are offering a player swap. PSG want money.

Same infos as LeParisien for RMC:

    - The meeting was cordial even if both sides were frank to each other.
    - PSG said the meeting goal was to appease the situation, and not to go at war.
    - More est at the American Hospital of Paris tomorrow.

Nobody cares if he can recite 20 words he learned in broken tourist Italian. When it mattered he put on his headset and kept it moving.

Shit sounded like the inglorious basterrds scene where Brad Pitts character hits them with the "bwongiornoh"

Neymar french news of the day (of tomorrow):

    LeParisien:

    - People close to Neymar said that the Brazilian has told again to Leonardo that he wants to leave this summer.
    - Neymar didn't say it was to join Barcelona.
    - The brazilian is not planning to clash with PSG in the coming days.
    - Neymar's father didn't like what PSG did in their communication about Neymar being late to return to Paris.

    LEquipe:

    - Discussions have intensified between PSG, and Barca about Neymar.
    - According to sources close to the catalan club, a first offer was suggested to PSG.
    - 2 players that have a cumulative value exceeding 222ME
[NT: suggested 'value' according to the crooks, of course. Here your 150ME Rakitic].
    - PSG are puzzled at what Barcelona are doing, and offering.
    - PSG are not open to lose cash in this, and while at first they are ready to discuss their 300ME demands, they totally disagree about leaving money on the table.
    - PSG, and Barca interests differ greatly.
    - Leonardo thinks only about PSG interests. He will not bend over to Barcelona. If Neymar leaves it will be only according to his demands. If not, then nothing will happen.
    - On Neymar's side, they consider the offer is already on the table, and is an interesting one.

That's all folks, good night :coffee:

The thing about Neymar was definitely BS ... but completely understandable given the current relationship between Neymar and PSG. War is war.

300m for Neymar is as absurd as what Barca is probably offering. Point is, PSG would take 220m and run. If it was all cash they'd even probably take a small hit.

I heard that Rakitic to PSG is a tough case since him and Herrera have the same agent and play the same position. So they'd have to fight for a spot. I am not 100% about that though. Just heard somebody making that point. Sounded plausible.
