Good Ebening, What is a Crystal Palace? Why is it made out of crystal? I thought palaces were supposed to be super-lux thingies. A palace made out of crystal seems super uncomfortable. Like, where would you sit? Sitting on crystal seems like it would really hurt. You know what else hurts right now? Watching Arsenal play under Emery. But back to the palace made out of crystal. Maybe it's made out of crystal to keep other people away. Like a palace, no a fortress, of solitude. That's where we should be sending Emery. To the fortress of solitude. Or the phantom zone. Or a Nickelback concert. Game: Arsenal v. Crystal Palace Location: Fortress (of solitude) Emirates Date: Sunday, September 27 Time: 12:30 PT ET/I can't figure out what time it will be elsewhere because of crazy time changes. TV: NBCSN Odds Ozil plays: Avogadro's number:1
If we lose this watch out the fan outrage will be too immense for Emery to take. Also we should never lose at home imo unless we play City or Pool.
If we lose I don't see how we don't start looking at options right now to replace Emery. We need to pick a positive lineup. But we will probably roll out with the same lineup that played vs Sheffield United.
Heads up that this game is on NBC sports gold, not NBCSN. I used to get nervous about Arsenal playing the likes of city, united and chelsea. Now I get nervous about them playing Crystal Palace, 1 point difference between the 2

I like the lineup! I would have liked Holding in for Sokartis and Torreria in for Xhaka but generally that is a good lineup. Let's get these 3 points! COYG!
Early fast start with two goals from our CBs Luiz and Sokartis. Poor challenge from Chambers not his best game tbh. Tierney has been amazing so far good going forward and his crossing is really good. Pepe has been very positive I like him taking and fighting with Zaha for the ball. We have been the better team we need to continue to put the pressure on Palace.
I don't like to see our players slowly trudging off with a half hour left in a 2-2. Xhaka can ******** off as far as I'm concerned. That really should be his last appearance for the club. Disgraceful.
Just watched the clip of Xhaka walking of the pitch. He certainly didn't hide his feelings towards the crowd booing him off. I'm not watching the game, so I don't fully understand the circumstances, but I think it's safe to say he doesn't have the mentality for being Arsenal's captain. Maybe he'll realize he made a mistake and apologize, but if not, then I fear for the mentality of the club overall. Disgraceful.
You know it's bad when SKY think Arsenal have been hard done by VAR over the last two matches. Not much to be said #EmeryOut
I don't think an apology from Xhaka will cut it after this. Emery has to leave him out of the squad until January 1, and then sell him. He is going to get shat on by the fans every time he touches the ball if he continues. Xhaka today was as bad as Gallas.
Watched with no sound. Any idea what the call was that overturned the goal? Did they seriously call Chambers for a foul when he was trying to dig the ball out from three defenders?
Normally I hate venting but it's all I got left. 1 point from matches against Sheffield and Palace. A win @ home against Vitoria that required a come back. The level of disgust I feel is about where it was with the nadir of Wenger's tenure. The listless effort by the players and inept strategies employed continue the club's march downward both in the standings and the annals of English soccer pedigree. Next step - Being replaced in the Big Six by Leicester or whoever. Seriously, the lack of desire exhibited has pushed me to a mix of apathy and anger where I'm not even compelled to make matches appointment viewing. I can't stand how little the organization cares, do why should I care?
