    Amazing pass from Ozil,

He was simply "drifting around" before playing an eye watering pass

Yup. Good match for mesut so far. And ooh that pass. Keep it up!

As long as Sokratis doesn't take the bait snd get sent off and suspended. Just what we don't need. Don't be stupid mate.

Auba showing why Big Weng screwed up thru the Giroud years

    An elite striker is everything

Harsh on Giroud. Completely different striker. But he was top class.

    That said I prefer Auba.

Barnes should be off me thinks.

And they should make shirt-pulling an automatic yellow, regardless of where ir how it happens.

    3-1! Iwobi.

But I REALLY wanted that to be a wonderous solo goal by Ozil.

Kola gets MOTM for me. But Ozil & Sokatis get honorable mention.

Edit: of course the man with a brace probably gets it!

Have a nice xmas break everyone. See ya on boxing day. Especially you @Tonerl [emoji6]

Great result, but I’m sick of our players getting kicked off the pitch.

Kola was just a beast. Love how he “anticipates” the inevitable iwobi blocked cross and plays a peach of a ball that goes untouched.

Great for iwobi to get the goal. Otherwise I thought he was poor. Elneny was pretty bad—trying to be guendouzi and failing miserably. When I saw the team sheet I thought he’d be at CB in a back 3 since Kola was playing.

Mesut making a statement! Well down to him for stepping up and for the boss for giving him the chance.

AMN needs work but was very involved. Hopefully another game and he will be up to the challenge.

Auba scored and was busy. Laca worked hard but just wasn’t happening for him today.

Fantastic from Mesut today. I'll eat some crow after being so hard on him in the last week or so.

Still, that needs to be the bare minimum we expect from him. Anyone wanna take bets on if he plays on Boxing Day?

    I really hope he does

Glad Iwobi scored, it should do wonders for his confidence.
Auba is an elite striker, my word that 2nd goal was a doozy
Ozil had a good game today, this is what we need to see "week in, week out" like big guy from Da Mobb from AFTV says lol
AMN is playing out of position and trying his best so I won't be too hard on him.
    Good win overall

Just like the match at Southampton, a striker who should've been sent off scores their goal. No, it doesn't excuse the keystone cops defending on their goal today, but still, Barnes and arguably Westwood should've seen second yellows.

And Ozil, not only in the squad but captain, and he played very well, IMHO. I admittedly have no freaking clue how Emery's mind works, and I don't even know if that's good or bad. Constantly at sixes and sevens....much like our defenders.

Just finished watching, and have to agree. Kolasinac was everywhere, Ozil was a genius, and Sokratis did a great job marshalling the backline, and had a fantastic tackle on that sudden 4 v 2 that Burnley created.

Wasn't the most comfortable win, but a good performance against an annoying opponent. Had toughness throughout and class when needed.

Shame we didn’t win the Southampton game

Very shaky at the back but lacking a few first choice players

Good win. Not sure why Chaka Khan keeps getting played as a cb

No one else right now that Emery trusts, I suppose. Read that Mavropanos is finally back in training. Be great if he was ready for that FA Cup match....no offense to Blackpool.
