Sometimes you just do what you have to do for your goals. Breitner recently said he was like this 23 yo dude who wanted to become world champion in 74. Thats all he wanted. So he took the pen and scored. The next day he re-watched the game and in an instant almost collapsed when he saw that long haired dude carryig the ball to the spot and it was him! It wasnt before that moment he realized what was at stake. It was so bad he turned off the tv. In the moment he didnt care cause he wanted to win this thing by any means.
Mayweather is the bookies favourite with the odds of 20/1 (even though he hasn't ko'ed an opponent since 2011) whereas Mcgregor is 40/1
i think Mayweather should be favored. hes the better boxer. for his sake, let's hope McGregor doesn't catch up with him.
Tbh I couldn't care less who wins as both of them have more than enough money so they don't need this contest If Mayweather plays it safe, he will win it on points however I feel McGregor may be disqualified by going all UFC due to frustration
my wife's sister lived in Philly for 35 years and took us down to sample the food at both restaurants. at Pat's there was a pretty long line, about 8-10 people ahead of us. i got Provy wit the first time and Cheeze Whiz the second time. both excellent. at Geno's there were only a couple of folks in line ahead of us. i preferred the chop at Pat's, but that's an individual thing. i thoiught the meat at Geno's was chewier, but not in a bad way, just different. i take it that Tony Luke's is a chain. and they serve a bunch of different sandwiches. nothing wrong with that, but we were looking for the original cheesesteak experience. our trip to Pat's and Geno's was more than 10 years ago, so the quality may have declined, but i was a happy camper. .
http://m.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/40424320 Twas a great effort by Maldini but in the end (as McGregor will discover) it's an uphill challenge against experienced pros
It's got to be non-strictly boxing for McGregor to have any chance at all. And Mayweather wouldn't even get into a ring with a young Pacquaio for fear of being hit - he ain't gonna get into a ring with a guy who will be allowed to kick him in the head. It's a nonsense..... but McGregor will make a bankfull, so what does he care.....
Meanwhile, given the randomness, god I have zero interest in biblical imagery or biblical connotations in art .... just bores the bejaesus out of me ..... Yet funnily enough there's old Father and Son in me sentence, like.....
Y'all missed out on the south street challenge!! Wrap a Lorenzo's slice (only topping allowed is cheese. seriously) around a Jim's steak. Et voila! Better done when you're 24 and drunk at 2 am then as an adult at dinner time, I'll give you that.
i was drunk at 2AM age 24 more often than I care to remember, but never in S. Philly, which may be why I'm still vertical.
I didn't get the gist that it was a chain at all. I was in Philly, wanted a cheesesteak. Heard shit talking about both Genos and Pat's so I picked Tony Luke's. Pretty good.
Well, at least it's a Philly guy and it started in South Philly (which is the location I went to which must be the original, right? RIGHT?!?). Makes me feel like less of a failure but yeah, big fail. Oh well, not a huge fan of cheesesteaks in general anyway. And you know how we feel about the Eagles in Cowboy country
We don't throw cheese on it down here. It gets smoked and served up with some BBQ sauce and bread on the side.
