I have to say the Blazers seem like the type of team that has an "it" factor going for them right now.
No one is expecting them to win (except Charles Barkley but I digress), they have an unreal back court duo, they are battle tested and just seem really, really hungry to win after so many disappointing seasons.

I am not saying they are going to win but I would not be shocked if they did. They believe they can win and are playing with house money right now.

If they had a healthy Nurkic I would say they would win it all for sure.
