You could probably answer this: Are there any members of the Brazil '50 squad still alive and if so are their feelings of the commercial known? I know the goalkeeper Barbosa went through hell throughout the rest of his life.

The great NILTON SANTOS... still alive at 88 years old. He was champion in 1958 and 1962. In 1950 he was just a bench player however.
