I dont know of any free asp.net app's that would run all those tasks for you.
http://www.dotnetinvoice.com/ and similar programs would do what you ask but as you can see, they are not cheap. If you dont mind using a more limited application, check out http://tinyurl.com/2hm63h
PHP would be a different story, as there are many ways of doing those things for free.

Have you thought about using Netsuite.com? it serves the needs of small to midrange businesses relatively well. You need to speak to one of their representatives in order to get an assigned trial period.

I would recommend you build the web apps yourself, because in the end you would have absolute control over the code and in case something went wrong, you wouldnt have to wait for anyone to asnwer your queries.

I was thinking that it probably isnt too difficult to create an invoicing system using Excel/XML and some Visual C#. Although that would be a bit primitive. However, I've never tackled that so I am not sure if that is the best approach. ^_^'

oh no.. it is easy... what they need here i could probably pull it with a 2D database... imagine that! I've seen the website you mentioned, but yeah!!! my boss is not going to pay for that. When he knows i can pull it our of my arss!

I have been working all these days on a php/mysql and the css and all that stuff has me tired of writting code.

What i did was, i told my boss... let me go home and install this thing on my linux box, and will show it to you later... if you like it, i can customize it to fit our needs... so i am here sitting waiting for openbravo to install on my machine, it says it takes 20 minutes to compile on a core2duo.... so i guess i will be here for like 40 minutes. www.openbravo.com is an onep ERP... if i can pull a nice job, I'll install that shit in my server and charge him a monthly fee :)

I wasnt aware that an open source ERP existed, if the place I work in were more flexible I would import it into our system.

yeah, it is also more than a year old I think, so it might not be the most secure webapp there is. if anything it might serve as some sort of reference for something you design.

    Re: Musica Vallenata [NSR]

There are certain albums and artists whose songs I choose to pay for, and this is one of them :p
I suppose I'll have to buy the CD from the record labels site or amazon [IMG]

You might have to download chipset drivers. They can be downloaded from the following link if your computer uses an intel processor.:
    http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Default.aspx?lang=eng

Outstanding![IMG] Thank you kindly, I wish my local record stores carried this album. It makes no sense as to why they dont because this music is to Colombia what Miles Davis' Jazz is to the U.S.!

Si no nos la sabemos, we will google the sh!t out of your question!

If I were so clever I would have realized earlier today that the album I was asking for is without a doubt being sold at my local flea market [IMG]

Right click on your My Computer icon
    Go to Properties
Click on the Hardware tab, then Device Manager
on the tree Menu, look at the Universal Serial Bus Controllers

if you see a red X next to any of the ones that are listed(even if you dont), then install the most recent chipset drivers.
you can use this program to determine which chipset you are using:
    http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php

that program will let you know whether you have an AMD, Intel, SIS, ATI or other brand of motherboard chipset.

if it is Intel, you can get them from the Intel website, if its AMD then it'll be on the AMD website and so on and so forth.

Have you tried un-installing and re-installing the mp3 players software at all?
