Would just be a fantastic coup from Arsenal if they can get him, simple as. He's not going to be that expensive either, since he's entering the last season of his contract.
After Fabinho, he's a guy who's very high on my list as far as a CM addition for us this summer. He's complete and versatile in the sense he can play as a DCM or a more advanced CM. His durability is a question, but he'd be well worth taking a shot at.

 

Meh do not rate him that high.

 

He would have made sense as a depth purchase or to play in games we expect to attack a lot in. He's not great but still quite good.
