What: DC United @ NYRB When: Sunday, August 26, 7 PM Where to Watch: Fox Sports 1 (which probably means a 7:25 or so actual kickoff) Why: Because United can't play ALL it's remaining games at Audi Field Well, here we are, a road match during Rivalry Week against everyone's favorite team to hate, the New Jersey Cows. Can United successfully take the 4-2-3-1 on the road? Can the improving defense keep BWP off the score sheet? Can United take advantage of their opponents having just played another derby match on Wednesday? While a loss isn't the end of the world, a tie would be great, and a win would be amazing. Vamos!
This ain't Pennsy Ave, freedom of speech is the cornerstone of American life so f**** your censorship. RIP shipmate John
I feel like these next three games will tell us a lot about whether this seeming revival we’ve experienced with Rooney is a real, fundamental change or just a little blip. Can we take the game to the Red Bulls in their stadium? Can we comfortably take care of Philly at home? Can we look like we belong on the same field as Atlanta? Points will tell a lot, but there’s an eyeball test for these next three as well.
The first thing I saw on twitter this morning was this (language NSFW): 1033148890940432384 is not a valid tweet id 1033394394727161856 is not a valid tweet id I don't feel good about today.
I'm usually overly optimistic but this has been a one way road for the past 4-5 years. I don't think that changes today.
Only the government can’t restrict speech. I’m not the government so I’ll ban metro scum trolls for sport. Cheers.

That's the dumbest tifo I've ever seen in my life. God these people are stupid. Must be all that lead plumbing in Jersey ...
Acosta is off today. Playing too nervous and too hurried. Trying to do too much. If it doesn't change, I'd bring Mattocks on and drop Rooney into the playmaker role.
Pretty even first half. I would take a 0-0 draw at this point. This is the best team we've faced since Atlanta, and our attackers are having trouble adjusting to having less space and time on the ball. Luckily we're also pressing them and making it equally hard for them. So far it looks like two very similar tactics canceling each other out.
Well there you go ... I felt it coming. It looked like we took a step backwards after halftime. Now, this will be a real test of DC's character. Playoff teams rarely go winless on the road for an entire season.
