No they had it live on www.cafeoranje.tv or something like that. (which is as you probably know the name of the show that presents the matches) They probably didn't want to change their weekend programming.

They won't if you're not living in the Netherlands. They do some kind of ISP or IP-check I guess. If it's not working you could try using an open proxy.

 

Then we simply need to use a Netherlands proxy.
