I said slightly. If there's a buy option its the worst case because if he can't figure out how to play with such a terrible team, he could be stuck unwanted at swansea.

Don't care about the buy option as Ki can flat out reject Sunderland. However, if he flops.. especially with a team I expect to get relegated (and by many pundits).....

Seriously, we're talking about Sunderland + PDC.... PDC who learned & played his best football under Harry "fking" Redknapp. His football philosophy is similar to Redknapp as well...... This is simply a disaster waiting to happen.

Not going to argue with this. Sunderland has played disaster football for so long now. Thought maybe a summer of buys could improve things but I think they were actually WORSE last weekend. So bad, that I doubt Messi could overturn the tide of cr@p.

Give Di Canio a chance. He has shown that he is capable at Swindon. He was a great player at West Ham under Redknapp and Harry Redknapp was an amazing manager at West Ham. Not a disaster like you say.

EDIT: Besides remember how MON completely disregarded JDW? At least Di Canio considers to play JDW.

In League Two & League One... and walks out on Swindon. I'm going to remain skeptical...

As far as PDC's West Ham career... yea, he was fking brilliant (absolute class even..). But Redknapp being an amazing manager for West Ham... he was blessed with golden generation but underachieved with the talent at his disposal. He followed up West Ham gig with absolute nightmare at Southampton + financial meltdown of Portsmouth.

Looks like the new threads were premature. Next time, we should wait until the transfer window closes.

Well, this is something I would completely agree with. :D. Di Canio left Swindon because of the fact that the Swindon chairman ran out of money, and he even offered to pay for the on loan players himself to keep them at the club. Then without him knowing, one of the best players for Swindon was sold without him knowing. That, with the transfer embargo, he decided to leave the club.

It really doesn't matter. PDC.. as of yet with Sunderland.... is doing the same thing Redknapp does as manager. Throws players out on the pitch without clear tactical instruction & blast them when they fail.

Redknapp's tactic (which is the same as PDC)

Happy he's going for 2 million like most Kleaguers to Europe. Not a discount price like with Yun Suk Young.

Wish these Koreans would stop putting the "Welcome To (insert team here)" titles.

KFA should sign an official agreement with Augsburg. :D
It's a win-win if Korean players are looking make their mark in Europe, and keep Augsburg afloat in the Bundesliga.
