Although some players make it (Barnetta, Lichsteiner, Behrami) right away I would advise any 21 year old (or younger) player to stay in Switzerland a few years.

Look att Vonlanthen, Esteban, Ziegler, Zambrella, Bühler, Dzemaili, Mota, Elmer and also Senderos, the Schwegler brothers, Djourou and Chiumiento to some extent.

I think that we cannot compare Esteban with dzemaili, vonlanthen or Ziegler, because he never used to play in the NLA before leaving Switzerland... but we can however consider that a lot of the above-mentioned players are a big waste:(

Forgot about this one. Nkufo scored two goals against Ajax in the Dutch CL playoffs.

Now if only he could do the same for the Nati...

Brescia and Lecce with 1-0 victories in the first leg of the playoffs, so 3 swiss players a step closer to Serie A

Would like to see Brescia get the last promotion spot as I think Zambrella is more ripe for the Serie A than Feltscher. Berardi should probably get loaned out should Brescia get promoted.

ALBINOLEFFE go to the finals thanks to the better classification in the regular season. Zambrella missed the biggest chance to equalize.
