Am I the first poster in the new section? That's what I'm talking about. Got some elbow room in here. Can figuratively stretch my legs in here. Nice.

We can talk about things tomorrow at Fado or ME's, was that decided, but I think we should have sections (threads) for:

Chants, Songs that people come up with (Laredo sucks! & stuff even more creative)
    Stadium talk.
Supporter's group talk. (combined with chants, songs?)

Orale, if the roadrunners/coyotes, killer bees and the new NBDL team can be top teams in their leagues (in support) then I think futbol de el valle would crush them all. I am not sure where they would play (Edinburg Baseball stadium? McAllen Football stadium?) to start off, but it would work for sure.

Off Topic. I just don't know why it hasn't gelled here. Shoot! Laredo is a baseball town and it has a top notch PDL team. Soccer has deeper roots in RGV, but it just hasn't translated to even a PDL team.

If there was a team, probably they would play in McAllen HS stadium. That is the place where most FMF teams play. Edinburg baseball stadium is just a bit hidden. Too outside the market. Another top notch stadium is the La Joya HS stadium, but the problem there is that it is about 30-40 minutes away from McAllen. The good thing about it is that it has hosted FMF teams.

I guess my 2'nd vote in the forum request thread must have done the trick. :)

    Welcome fellow Aztex fans!
