Wow did i strike a nerve? Its great song, one of the best in 101. If you ever saw a game from there you'd know. That song was brought to us by Nacional supports from uruguay in esc. If you've ever watched south american soccer you'd see what real passion is. Its 90 minutes of singing, not a few bars of some peppy cheer or pithy chant.

If it makes you feel better you could sing Soy de Red Bull.

Hahaha, I guess you haven't seen Pompey play too much though, have you? If you have, you'd see the passion they're playing with, and not be so sure they're going down.

Where's the fun in that? Why are you so against songs in different lanuages. America's a melting pot, out supporters culture should be too. I'm hoping we can at some songs in portueges from Brazil this year with the fans we get from the Ironbound.
Seconded. I'm not red bull till i die, only until they sell the team :p

What do you mean 'Where's the fun in that?' ? It's America. English is tops, right now...

Red Bull ain't sellin' the team any time soon. There's that whole Arena in Harrison as a sticking point...

    I'm of Red Bull
    I'm of Red Bull
    Of Red Bull, I am

Just doesn't sound as good, does it?

Conclusion: English is an inferior language for soccer chants.

    nah.
just likes his country and the language he grew up speaking his whole life because even though it's not the official language. IT IS the language spoken in this country by the MAJORITY of the people.

thats not a very compelling argument. english is the language spoken by the majority of the people in american, and im sure it will be the lanugage the majority of songs are sung in. I don't understand why people are so against any foreign lanuage songs.

Pompey, sickofitall are you opposed to any song being sung in RBA except songs in enlgish?

I grew up my speaking english and I have no problem with spanish songs and like i said in a previous post, I hope we get new songs from fans from Portugal or Brazil this year.

The everywhere go chant is bad, I don't think anyone will stick up for that. But the 'I'm red bull till I die' chant is nothing to be proud of. I'm a gooner, why do't we sing "we love you red bull, we do"

We're still waiting for some of your better chants.

...and fyi on the other boards people are making a better effort to come up with new songs, not just insert red bull into an english they heard on fsc.

Judging on what you've supplied us with so far I doubt anyone is holding their breath waiting for your next creative wave of songwritting.

You're joking, right? So far the only thing you supplied was 'Red Bull Til I Die'. So what other generic unoriginal British chant do you have in mind?

If you think that his 'till i die' chant is better then 'everywhere we go' then you should really join his new supporters club.
