I'd submit there wouldn't be many people trying to decide if they should use their season tickets to football or season tickets to soccer yesterday...why play all of these games on Sunday evening, create the most disruption to schedules and limit attendance? Let's say you'd think of driving a bit to got to a game Saturday evening...not likely you are doing the same thing for a Sunday 5pm or 7pm game.
I have links to both schools through relatives and in-laws (UNH = sister-in-law and niece, Dartmouth = great-uncle and his two sons, plus a different niece's husband is a librarian there now). My loyalties are split. I agree that both schools are better known for winter sports

UHN 0-0 Dartmouth 90' Cold, windy, snow flurries (although the sun shone for a few minutes at halftime). November is ugly in Northern New England - the maple leaves have fallen, and no snow cover yet.
