    Suk scored six goals in 26 Ligue 1 appearances for Troyes on loan from Porto last season, but couldn't prevent the team from suffering relegation from the top flight.

    He signed a permanent deal with Troyes in June and played their first second-tier game of the season, before abruptly departing.

    "The decision is the result of unprofessional acts by the player, who was under contract until June 30, 2021," said Troyes in a statement.


    "But we cannot, with the project we're trying to put in place, retain individuals who don't feel concerned by that."

    sounds like Troyes putting spin on his exit after spending so much money. I'd guess Suk tried to force a move but Troyes knew they were going to resell him when they exercised option so it seems a bit disingenuous to blame Suk for wanting them to follow through.

    why did suk move so much in his career? how does this affect ones career i can't imagine it being positive..

    Played as a sub, but looked very isolated. There is no midfield at Reims.

    suk hyunjun had a pretty rough upbringing even by korean footballers standards. his dad basically had no money and he didnt have a mother figure growing up

    I would like to see Victoria's Suk again. He was literally leading the team as an individual player. He has somehow turned to a striker who's very reliant on his teammate's passes, which is not easy when playing for a relegation-fighting team in a big league. Probably should consider a return to Portugal or Netherlands.
