He's won Bundesliga titles, a German Cup, over 40 Champions League games, played in a World Cup. And yet here he is in his prime and he can't get a game.

BVB professional Neven Subotic is looking for a new sporting challenge and joins AS St. Etienne in the French League 1. The chairman of the board, Hans-Joachim Watzke, and sports director Michael Zorc met the request of the player to terminate the contract "due to Nevens exceptionally great merit around the club, sporty and human ".

So I just realized that Subotic will be a free agent come July 2019. Could this be a chance for him to join MLS? Would love to see how he stacks up in the domestic league. Plenty of teams could use him.
