Absolutely thrilled. These are the type of signings you'd expect from prem stalwarts like Everton and Villa; not us! First time I've felt like we're a genuine Premiership club, and not con-artists waiting to be found out.

Holy shit what a game. The defending was so out of this world I could cry. What a f-cking job! Delap handball in the first half scared me... but when they wanted the one on Upson they were simply delusional. No way that was a penalty. Btw, Upson is turning into a beast again. Look out! Suarez... Terrifying when he has the ball but holy shit he likes to whine, doesn't he? Finally got a card for it if I remember correctly. And now that he plays for us, I realize how often Crouch gets called for a foul just because he's tall. Annoying. Think he'll do a great job in Europa! Can't wait!
